Ive always had great experience using Geek Squad. Any problem I ever encountered they were ready to help and made sure my computer was up and running. Some times they did it right on the spot in front of me and sometimes I had to leave my computer, but if I left it for a day or two I always got it back working better than before and they always made sure I had my power supply cord. One time Ieft and forgot my cord and they called me and let me know that I forgot it. I was not far away and so I came back for it. It was my fault that Ieft it when I packed my computer in the case. I always check to see if everything is functional before I leave and thats how I forgot it. Ive always used Caroline Street location and I always get a friendly team that knows what to do. I love Geek Squad!

This place is a scam. I purchased web root security for my lap top and it didnt even work. When I called them back, I asked for a cancellation, as well as a refund. I got the cancellation via email but no refund. I have called them 4 separate times. All 4 times they have assured me by refund will be back to my account within 3-5 business days. Its been several weeks and I recently just reported them. Do NOT give them your money.

Infuriating! Every time I try to get the situation of my missing laptop power cord resolved I get a blank stare and a completely different (and wrong) answer from the last person I spoke with. Why would they give my laptop back without the power cord?! When I call they tell me to come in, when I come in they tell me to call back. Bunch of pass-the-buck morons.

Bought a $200 protection plan for my phone. What they didnt tell me is that you only get 1 battery replacement. Then they stop helping you in store and only online. Now it doesnt work and I am on a hold time estimated to last one hour and ten minutes. Beware
