JD Electronics is a group of people who understand people and how they work with their computers. They are extremely personable and are very time efficient. I was unable to work from my laptop because of annoyingly slow computer speeds and they were able to diagnose a failing hard drive, replace with a cost efficient new one and had me feeling like i had a brand new computer again.
