They fixed my iPod and I was very pleased with the service. The technicians were both extremely knowledgeable and personable. However, what really impresses me is the manner in which they responded to an unrelated second problem I discovered with my iTunes library. Quite inexplicably, a significant number of my 8,200+ songs wouldnt play because - according to a recurrent error message - the corresponding file couldnt be found. Ive encountered similar problems in the past and have managed to correct them, but this time nothing worked. Feeling somewhat desperate, I called to ask if they could help with what really isnt hardware repair but actually tech support. "Absolutely," was the answer. I brought my laptop and hard drive to the store, booted up on the front counter and after about 10 minutes the nature (although not the specific cause) of the problem and an easily executable fix had been found. When I explained I thought a hard drive malfunction might be the cause of the iTunes failure, they offered to run a complete diagnostic on both the drive and laptop. Amazingly, not only did they do all of this for free but they completed the diagnostic a day earlier than promised. Im not sure I can remember being more impressed with a service provider

Although they have good customer service and the employees are nice I will not return. My husband took our 5 year olds iPad Air to get the cracked screen fixed in February. At that time he was told it came with a 6 month warranty. In April or May her home button quit working (no problems with previous screen and wasnt damaged with cracked screen). I have been busy and didnt take it in until July 3, 2017. Tony was nice and said we only had a 90 day warranty but he would take care of it. They called and we went to pick it up that day. He asked if she shares the iPad with anyone and I said no. He said the home button was completely broken and no way a 5 year old could do that. But it is just hers. All our kids have their own devices. Well I noticed when we were leaving the button was still a little weird. 2 days later the button is broken again. I will not be returning there. Taking it to Apple. Perfect example of you get what you pay for!

Upon my arrival here I felt a shift in the Earths atmosphere, it was almost as if time had shifted and I warped into a galaxy where only 5 star customer service exist. I was mesmerized by the level of committment and knowledge from the staff at this location. It was almost as if a Super Hybrid Repair Legend had trained everyone here, hands down the best interaction in a retail environment this side of the equator. Been here a few times and I almost feel as if I should put on a spacesuit and be ready to warp to a dimension where everything is happy, perfect and clean. Very pleased with the services and customer interaction. The free diag and friendly service is what brings me back time and time again and again.

GREAT service! The price was fair and comparable to surrounding business that do the same work. The customer service at this business is what sets them apart for others. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the gentleman than worked with was very friendly, he answered all my questions and was very helpful, he even suggested other things to help protect my phone without being pushy. I dropped my phone off to have the screen repaired and in under an hour I got a call that it was completed! Great service and wonderful work, I will definitely come back if I have any other problems with my phone or if I need a new case, I would absolutely recommend this business to my friends.

uBreakiFix service was amazing! I was working on replacing a digitizer screen on my broken tablet and I could not find any replacement adhesive tape to hold the new one in place. I called several stores with no luck and then I called uBreakiFix. They new exactly what I was looking for and asked if I could come in and they would see if they could help. The very friendly service associate put the tape on the part himself and the best part was they did not charge me at all for his time or for the adhesive tape! How cool is that? I am so glad I found the Fields Ertel uBreakiFix! BEFORE I went to uBreakiFix, I spent HOURS online and on the phone with Samsung and Verizon and retailers, trying to figure out what to do with a dropped Samsung Galaxy S4 that had a blank screen. Elena at uBreakiFix had it fixed in under an hour, for a very competitive price. I had made an appointment online, for the same day, and she confirmed it by phone immediately. Elena was patient, polite, competent and willing to show and explain all aspects. The location is convenient, the shop is clean and pleasant, the area has shopping and restaurants if you choose to wait.

Arrived with a galaxy s6. They said they will price match competitors. Gave them the price comparison and the phone number for batteries plus. The guy said that he will call them up to see if they can fix it same day, and he will honor the price if they can. SUPRISE! He said they did not have the screen in Stock and could not honor the price match. So I hopped across the street to BATTERIES PLUS, and they had exactly what I needed and could fix it for $100 dollars less . I will not play these games with these shady people. Phone fixed and happy I didnt spend extra. SHADY PEOPLE WITH SHADY PRACTICES! NEGATIVE STARS!

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I brought my phone here to get my screen replaced. My phone was working perfectly fine for the past week and a half after I had dropped it and the screen cracked. I got there and they did tests on it to make sure everything was working properly and sure enough it was fine. They told me it would take two hours to fix it. When i went in to pick it up they told me the device wasnt working properly and wouldnt turn on. So now my phone is completely broken even though it was functioning perfectly fine before i brought it in.

Tony G fixed my completely shattered iPhone screen. He was extremely upfront with the price, overestimated the amount of time it would take, and helped me pick a new case. Its pricey, but youre going to pay for the quality and its still cheaper than buying a completely new phone. They were "backed up" when I brought my phone in and it only took an hour and a half to replace everything. 10/10 would recommend. If you put the address in a GPS, PUT IN THE ZIP CODE!! If you dont you will end up on the wrong end of Fields Ertel at a random house.

My phone was still working but loosing its charge on a whim, and getting hot, and frightening me. The phone store just wanted me to buy another phone. Then they gave me a card for youbreakifix. The gentlemen there made no guarantees but did spell out options. The one I chose was to get a new battery for the phone. It came to eighty dollars which is much less than a new phone. The service was considerate, realistic, and gave me options. The gentlemen working there were knowledgable, competent and gentlemen.
