Chuck is a "Mastermind" with computers! My Lenovo laptop was loaded with errors and moments away from meeting my 3lb. sledgehammer. I decided to give it one last chance and happened upon Chuck. I contacted him, and he said to bring it on down to his office. Was I ever surprised when Chuck called me to come pick-up my laptop. I brought my sledgehammer with me as I didnt think it could be repaired. But Chuck removed the demons, and explained in laymans terms, the why & how it came to be full of errors. He also explained what he had to do to fix it. So, before you smash your computer with a sledgehammer, please take it to Chuck. This guru knows his stuff, and is the most honest computer expert I have EVER had the pleasure to have work on my computer equipment !!! -Great Work -Great Prices -Extremely Professional -Flawlessly Honest Do yourself a favor and take your computer problems over to Chuck. The guy is a genius!

I have a computer, which i couldnt use all the time because of a virus that it had. It was off for a few months and I was really upset, because all my pictures were in there. One day I decided to call someone to come and fix it for me. I called many companies, that were asking for around 300 to fix it, and I knew that its way too much.. I found alpharetta computer repair here in google and gave thmlem a shot. They removed the virus, the computer was even faster than when i got it brand new, the technician was really nice and helpful, and the best part is that it cost me only 159.. Thats almost half of what the other guys were asking for. Will use them again, and I strongly recommend that you use them too. Five star service for half the price.

Friend brought her laptop here to have it repaired on two separate occasions. Second repair involved having to replace the hard drive. She bought a new laptop recently, and passed the repaired one on to me. Upon inspection, I discovered the original 500 GB hard drive that was in the laptop was replaced with a 100 GB version during the last "repair". Two stars because he actually did get the laptop working both times. But changing out the HDD like that was not cool. Caveat emptor.

Friendliest service you will find. What a rare and refreshing experience to find genuinely kind people who are out to help others. This is my first rating ever on Google, but I was compelled to give it to Alpharetta Computer Repair. If you want peace of mind that you are not being played by a more knowledgeable person trying to make money from you, then you NEED to choose this service over all other computer repairs. Excellent Service. Not only did he fix the desktop when I took it into his office (even after HP Support tried three times) but when I got it home and plugged it in and it didnt work he came to my home to check it and found something had gotten lose during transport. It is now working great again. No additional charge for the home visit. Chuck is friendly and listens to my explanation without judging my non-technical expertise. Definitely recommend them.

OUTSTANDING Service from Alpharetta Computer Repair..Chuck is GREAT and is very professional. I am new in town and my laptop crashed and could not boot up. When my external hard drive crashed, I called Chuck after being outraged by how much Best Buy was intending to charge to recover data. Chuck came to my home, successfully recovered my data, and charged 75% less than Best Buy would have. He is also a super nice guy. I recommend his services without reservation.
