Ms. Gina is the consummate professional. Shes kind and ensures her clients look their best and have a good experience at the salon. From the wash lady to the young lady who will remove your old braids in preparation for your new style. They are all very pretty, friendly with over-all genuinely nice personalities. Eric embodies the description of a master stylist who truly puts his heart & talent into caring for and styling your hair. You leave his chair feeling confident about your style and fully trusting in his techniques to grow your hair...healthy. This is the best salon, in my opinion, in Atlanta. The entire staff are great. But Eric, Ive nicknamed him Maestro. Hes fair, trustworthy, fun and will always make sure your hair is top notch. Of course, it has his signature!

If you are looking for a professional salon/stylist that seeks status by sending her clients out looking fabulous instead of feeding her own diva image this is the wrong place. I do my own hair but occasionally go in to have it professionally (I hope), relaxed, conditioned and shaped. My stylist was Gina Palmer. I came out of this place with my hair dry and breaking. I couldnt believe it because the reviews are so glowing. I didnt have my guard up because I knew this would be a great experience. She wanted to do some things to my hair and I told her we could but not now, later. Was she showing me whos boss? I have stopped the damage and am repairing my hair. If you have an opinion run, dont walk away from here!

I spoke with the owner. She is was very nice...didnt understand why the lady moved her bagged though like I didnt like that I am well off young woman and I sat as far away from the bag as possible. That kind of vibe j dont like...midtown isnt like that...
