Did NOT get what I asked for. Left the salon in tears. Asked for an angled bob and I received a straight cut with two wings on the side that were somewhat angled. I asked him to angle it more so it literally didnt look like I had two different haircuts on my head. He had a client waiting on him because we were at two hours for a haircut at this point.... and I sat in another chair waiting for him to finish someone so that he could continue to help me again. I specifically asked for my bob to NOT be stacked, and he responded and completely understood me. While he was beginning to angle it (with clippers) he then turned my chair away from the mirror for whatever reason to where I couldnt see myself. I then received the most hideous, EXTREMELY stacked bob and it looked awful. So much that I had to leave in a hurry to avoid making a scene by crying in a hair salon. (Yes its that bad.) I asked why he did that when I specifically asked him not too, and he said Your hair was too thick for wht you wanted. I asked why didnt he tell me first, and it was just a stutter of words, because there is no excuse. I called to get it refunded Bc of my terrible service, and the owner was nice and offered for me to come back and he would fix it personally... for half price. They offered to let me pay for the horrible mistake they made. How sweet. I will say the staff was nice and my stylist was nice too.... but I will never ever EVER EVER recommend or go back to this salon. No refund can make up for the emotional turmoil I will go through over the next 6 mo the with now a buzzed head. Aw.ful.

Moving to Atlanta a year ago, I was looking for a new salon. I came across Eleven Hair Salon, and was scheduled to see Oscar, after asking the front desk about getting a fresh fade. Oscar has absolutely kept my hair looking amazing. I love the atmosphere of the salon - its friendly, and Ive had nothing but great interactions with the owner. I recently had a product that reacted differently to some unexpected heat (I left it in the car), and he gladly exchanged the product for a new one, which I thought was totally above and beyond. I cannot recommend the salon (and Oscar) enough!

What an awesome Gem is this hair salon! I went here for first time like a year ago because of my friend Mateo. He recommend me to go and try it and I been a happy customer since then. I have to say that Im really particular about the hair dresser and Im pretty difficult something. AJ Sudrajat (my stylist) does an awesome job every time! I love going here to get my hair done! Actually Im about to book an appointment now... Highly recommend for women and men. Very well price too.

Horrible customer service. Inexperienced stylists that rush through the process. Very unprofessional and the owner is not only unwilling to hear about anything less than a positive experience, but will blame you and will argue with you. They will surely go out of business because there are plenty of salons in the greater Atlanta area that understand the concept of customer service and have the skills to do it right the first time.

I read a few reviews before booking an appointment and there was an overwhelming advocacy for Melissa and I definitely get why. I went in for a trim and light dusting because Im letting my hair grow out. She did a great job! As a new customer, she took time to understand what I wanted right then and what my "hair goals" are. I really appreciated her attention to detail. My hair feels great and looks healthy!

If you value your hair, you shouldnt go here. Great Clips can do the same thing for a fraction of the price. My appointment started late, my stylist spent the entire time belittling my past hairstyle, and then just cut off the last two inches and didnt do any other kind of styling. Ill hand it to him, its a pretty good scam.

Ive been getting my hair cut here for 2 years now and am VERY happy with the service and my hair cut. I am extremely picking about how my hair looks and AJ has done a great job from the first time I walked in the doors. I get a mens cut every two - three weeks...love the cut and the price.
