BEWARE OF GROUPON FOR ERICA WILSON. Just dont do it. First of all, always read the fine print. Reading the reviews on here, I can see this salon apparently has a knack for doing bait and switch schemes. I purchased the Coppola Keratin treatment for $61, thinking that would cover the whole trip to the salon. When you get there, theyll tell you its $40 EXTRA because your hair is past the shoulders. For over $100, I can go to a real, closer hair salon for the keratin treatment. Erica is extremely rude and unprofessional. As soon as I finished calling her for my appointment, I got a very fishy vibe but I went on with it anyway. Big mistake. I had confirmed my appointment for 11am. I am not from the area and got lost trying to find the salon, so I ended up getting there at 11:10. 10 MINUTES LATE. Then, Erica very rudely told me that she couldnt do the treatment because my appointment was for 11, not 11:10 and she had "too many other customers." I couldnt stand giving these people more money than I already had, so I left. TL;DR STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Its not worth the time/money wasted. Im extremely disappointed with the nasty treatment I received from Erica/Charisma hair salon and highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Suzanne Knight is a rare find for the Dunwoody market. She has the kind of talent, experience and versatility you would expect to have to travel to a larger city for! I honestly would not go elsewhere! I have somewhat challenging hair and have experienced many disappointments with other stylists…I have never been disappointed with her cut, she keeps me looking fresh. I like my cut, I like how my hair handles after the cut and LOVE my appointments with her! Looking for a gem? Look no further!

Ive been trying to find someone that understands how long it takes my hair to lift in foils. Most stylists get it wrong and it takes them a few times to understand my hair. I have had my hair turn fluorescent red many times because my foils are taken out too quickly! Well Melissa got it right the first time and I will never go anywhere else! If you are a blonde or need blonde highlights I highly recommend her!

Terrible. Had me in and out for a haircut in 30 minutes. Didnt style it or anything. Literally cut my hair and that was it. She didnt bother to do anything to show me how she went about cutting it the way she did. Horrible. Good place for old ladies of Dunwoody but not for the younger crowd.

I have been a few times to get Keratin done with Melissa. She did a fantastic job and shes very attentive to me whenever I visit! Great job, not going anywhere else for Keratin! I always refer my family and friends to her!

Very bad service. She is attentive to other stylists customers than hers. She dint even listen what i was telling about how i need my haircut. She is careless. I will never goback tohet and will not recommend to anyone.

If you want great color and a cut, make an appointment with Jeff Hooks. Ive been going to him at least 10 years. Highly recommend him.
