A variety of equipment for all skill ranges from novice to athlete. They offer classes and have a trainer on hand to assist you with fitness goals. Many amenities like massage chairs, hydro message tables, and tanning beds. A friendly staff that learn your name quickly. Clean locker and shower facilities. Best of all, very flexible hours for all scedules.

Beware! Thief in the lockers. Got a $10 day pass yesterday (3/1/2016). Used a combination lock but all cash missing from my wallet in my gym bag when I left. Be mindful of a heavy set guy with a cap. He pretends to be on his cell phone while he looks for lockers to open. Take your valuables with you to the workout area.

Very nice and clean. I like the wide variety and quality of machines. This GYM is not designed for bodybuilders. You wont find heavy weights here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The friendliest GYM in Brunswick.

Excellent gym for the user interested in fitness and not in cliques. Plenty of equipment so there is no waiting to use a machine. I highly recommend this gym to anyone, especially the over 50s.
