We recently had a leak in our water pipe and called Royal Flush Plumbing for help. They came and gave us a quote on what it would cost and we were able to negotiate the cost down. Josh was our serviceman and he was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He and a helper did the repair as agreed upon, and when we discovered there was a leak in the sprinkler system line in the location of the original repair, Josh came right back and repaired our problem at no additional cost to us. Again, he was very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to work with. We really appreciate all the help Josh and Royal Flush Plumbing gave us and we would be happy to use them in the future and to recommend them to others.

Stuart was right on time and very professional. He explained my situation clearly and answered all of my questions ...silly as they may be. He showed me exactly how and why he was fixing my plumbing problems I am very grateful knowing I was completely safe letting a stranger in my house. Thanks Stuart for completing my annoying situation with utmost professionality. I know things like this are expensive. Im just an old lady running out of fix it money. But you were great. Had a broken water main from the meter to my house and Royal Flush did a fantastic job in completing the repair for a lower price than all the other competitors I solicited estimates from. Since the original line ran under a large concrete pad (where the break was), a completely new water line had to be laid down. The representative they sent out (Matt) did a great job and was very polite, professional, and eager to answer any questions I had about the process. I highly recommend Royal Flush Plumbing!

We were so lucky to have found Royal Flush! During our vacation a leak was discovered under our porch. We were in Deadwood, SD at the time. We called Royal Flush and they came out within 2 hours of the water being off and fixed the problem and for such a reasonable price!! Thanks to them, I did not have to worry about any other water problems while we were out of town.
