We called J. Needham & Sons because we had a leak in our guest bathroom sink. Jim the owner came out took about five minutes, and even though he saw the water on the floor he said he couldnt find a problem. He then charged us a$150 for the visit. My husband said well if youre going to charge us a hundred and fifty at least tighten a few bolts which he did which took five minutes more. He left with his check for $150 and the next day we realized it was still leaking. My husband called the company but ask that they please not send out Jim again. The receptionist informed us that Jim is the owner so there was nothing she could really do about that but that somebody would call us back. No one called us back so the next day I called and I told the receptionist no one called us back and were still having a problem with a leak and if theyre not going to acknowledge us, at least they should give us 50% of our money back because we have to call another plumber. She told me she would give the message to the owner and we have never heard anything back from them. So now after spending $150 and still having a leak we have to call another plumber. This owner is a thief in my opinion and we will never use this company again.

Wow is all I can say and not in a good way. "Hacksaw" mike will come and destroy your house within minutes, if he isnt on his phone or busy taking a break every ten minutes. Need a small hole cut in your webbing to fit a 2" pipe thru?, mike will make you a nice oversized 12" x 8" hole in the entire webbing for you, ruining the integrity of the joist and rendering it useless for its intended purposes. When there is a problem they will blame other trades and never take responsibility. Talk to other companies or do it yourself (even if you dont know what your doing, Im sure you have more common sense then these guys), you will be happier in the long run.

Was not 100% satisfied with the service that we were provided. The plumber that came out to our home, came into our home with wet and muddy shoes after I just mopped and vacuumed... disrespectful. He first came off as rude and unprofessional but quickly changed his tone without us saying anything. Upon reading previous reviews, it seems that the experiences are pretty consistent. We requested a free estimate, which was provided and seems to be pretty accurate. Not 100% sure if we want to stick with this company for the repair.
