These guys did a great job. Soon after buying our first home both of our condensers went out. While sweating through the night my wife and I called Gainesville mechanical at about 11 PM. By 6am the next morning I was getting an appointment for 4pm that afternoon. After a through walk through these guys had four different options for me the next day ranging from economical to premium packages. I did not feel pressured into anything and the tech was helpful in helping me choos which option would be a match for me and my family. Being that our plan was to stay in this home for a while and decided to go with the most efficient package available. Within the week all material and guys were at my home to begin installation. Within two days they installed two new furnaces, two condensers, two disconnects, new wiring, and line sets. The guys took great care of my home and insisted in booties and completley protecting my floors and walls. (Second unit was upstairs in the attic) When completed I was given a through walk thru of the system and they helped set up the Myrevolution app on my phone. This allows me to monitor my system from where ever I may be. I have to say I am pleased with how everything has turned out. Our power bills went from nearly $300/month to just under $100. Not to mention should anything happen they are just a phone call away. From initial inspection, financing, to install, and follow up I can honestly say I am glad I called GM that night. Gainesville Mechanical installed a new A/C condenser in August 2015. Unfortunately,, the unit was very noisy and could be heard running from inside the house. After several tries, and installing a new unit, it appeared the problem was corrected. Then in the Spring of 2016, the noise in the house returned again. Mr. Mike Herrington, Vice President of Operations, came to our house and quickly agreed there was a definite problem with this replacement unit. He arranged to have another replacement unit installed and the problem has now been corrected satisfactorily. Since then we had a leak in our water heater, and they came out in the late afternoon to fix it and had to replace it. Even though it was getting past the normal workday, the associate stayed at hour home until late in the evening to install a new water heater and to make sure everything was working properly. I am very impressed with the integrity of this company and its employees. They have gone above and beyond, without any cost to me, to correct what we believed to be a serious issue. I would highly recommend Gainesville Mechanical to anyone.

Our family has been a customer of Gainesville Mechanical for more than 12 years. We have experienced only excellent, friendly, professional service every time weve had a need. Last year, our HVAC system stopped working and we found out we needed a complete new system. This was a shock as it came at a time when we had many large unplanned bills. A service technician was sent out to assess our situation and review options with us. We also got other estimates in the community and considered just doing the minimum to get by. However, after evaluating all info, it became clear that Gainesville Mechanical was the best choice. We installed a complete system (one that improved the efficiency of our system) and we have been SO happy and satisfied with our decision. Our system runs great now and our monthly electric bill decreased significantly. We have had bouts of severe weather (both hot and cold) since and I have 100% peace of mind we did the right thing and have a quality product and company supporting us. Couldnt be more satisfied. To Whom It May Concern, In May 2016 I purchased a complete heating and cooling unit from Gainesville Mechanical. From the start of calling your company to the completion of the install I could not be any more pleased with the professional and very informative group of people. Every question was answered in a manor that I being a lay person could understand . If I did not understand they was very patient and explained to me as many times as needed for me to understand. From the start when your sales person arrived and explained to me what type of unit that will suit my needs , and giving me the date of install , with all the times given for the unit to be completely finished was right on the money. The installers was very professional and very polite. They made sure that the floors were covered and had placed covers on their shoes. I could not be more pleased with everything and look forward to continue the relationship with Gainesville Mechanical for many years to come. I am VERY pleased with Gainesville Mechanical. Let me start off by saying our furnace went out in the middle of summer and we had only been living in our home a little over a year. Gainesville Mechanical was the ONLY one who would come to our home on a Sunday and look at our Air system. We have a three year old and the heat was terrible. We were desperate! They were super nice but unfortunately had to tell us the bad news that we needed a whole new unit as our coils were gone in the old one. We had been paying $300-$400 power bills not knowing something was wrong with the unit. We had added 10 bags of insulation to our attic and we were still burning up in summer and freezing in the winter. Thanks to Gainesville Mechanical we have been warm this winter and our power bills range from $60-130. They have already came back out and rechecked everything to make sure its all working properly. Theres not enough thanks I can give them. Go with them and you wont be sorry! They truly care about their customers.

The Gainesville Mechanical crew was extremely knowledgeable regarding their job. Jeremy, main contact, was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He worked with us to decide what was the best option for our home. He emailed me an estimate right away, from his pad, and discussed all the options with me. The crew was efficient in their work and began and finished as promised. They made an appointment with our family and came to our home on a day that was convenient for us. My husband & I were at work, and our oldest child was available for questions. The crew was patient with our younger child, as he wanted to watch what was going on. They never complained about him following them around, or asked him to go away. The guys left everything as they had found it, and there was no clean-up on our part at all. My rental house air conditioning quit working 2 days before my ad to rent came out, I called Gainesville Mechanical and the same day they had Scott come out to fix it, unfortunately the compressor was bad and coil was leaking! Scott gave me options to fix or replace and on the spot I was able to make a decision and order a replacement then. In 2 days they were able to work me in their schedule and replaced it! The installers David and Francisco did an excellent job in installing it and making sure all was working and in checking out the installation completely and informing me about the new thermostat before leaving. I have in the past had an air conditioning unit installed in my personal residence and have been well pleased with their service and warranties and knowledgeable employees and dependable service. Scott, David and Francisco did an excellent job and also William who was involved in the job. Definitely 5 stars.
