Communication is a problem here. I was quoted $169 for septic pumping. The men who came to work on our septic tank, after uncovering it informed us there was a need for more work and the cost would be $2200! My husband and I discussed the information we were given and asked if we could just pump the tank at this time for the $169 quoted amount. We were told YES and the work began however throughout the process which took a great deal of time, the main worker complained about his co worker and kept trying to have my husband pay cash so they could give him a "better" deal. I phoned the company to complain about the situation and the lack of confidence we were feeling with the situation. The "supervisor" advised me that it was my fault for neglecting my septic tank and asked if I would like for them to put it back? Needless to say after this I asked them to leave and we only paid the quoted amount. I would not recommend this company simply because of the managements response to the situation, which did nothing but pour gasoline on an already burning fire. Shady business practices from the top down.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Steer clear of these crooks. Had them come out to our sub-division for a clogged toilet in the clubhouse. Simple job. First off, all our vendors bill the HOA for any work done but these guys would not do the job unless paid on the spot. 10 minutes work and charged us an INSANE amount of $450. Called the office and they would not even have the common courtesy to return my call to discuss the amount. They have horrible reviews in various areas. I should have looked first. I tried doing the neighborly thing and hiring someone local and what a mistake that was. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They dont deserve to be in business.

Avoid this company!! They do not follow through on anything. They dont complete work In agreed upon time frames, they make excuses. The woman that answers the phone has a serious attitude problem. She cant seem to complete basic office tasks, it has taken me 2 1/2 weeks and nine phone calls and the woman cannot seem to send me a receipt for the completed work. She is incredibly defensive lazy and nasty on the phone.

I have three rental homes, and my home. The owner and staff are always nice and helpful. Rooter express has always been very fast and polite. I really was shocked when i read some of these ratings and comments. I must say thanks to this staff.
