My husband and I recently discovered the second leak in one year in our polybutylene pipes. After repairing it the first time, this time we decided to repipe the house to avoid future issues since this was becoming a problem. When I called Greenlee Plumbing I received a quote from the owner, Greg. He asked me about various fixtures in our home and immediately gave me a verbal quote and offered to email it to me. He offered to have them come out the next week. I will admit that I was a bit hesitant at the over the phone quote, since another plumber had just come by, looked at the house, said it would be complicated and quoted me several thousands of dollars higher. Before I scheduled them for the job I spoke to John. I asked many questions, and was highly satisfied with the answers I received. The work took two days- exactly. On the first day a team of plumbers arrived about 15 minutes EARLY. They got right to work, and our house had running water by that evening. They told me everything that I could expect beforehand, and completely followed-through. Not only did they have everything working at the end of day one, they cleaned up their work areas very well. Day 2 was the drywall repair. It was a different team of 2 men who arrived a little late, but they did excellent work. They matched all of the paint perfectly, and even the style of stipling on the ceiling. You cannot tell where the holes are at all! After the fact, there were a couple of minor issues, which to be honest I would expect out of a job this size. However, there was absolutely no issue in getting someone out to take care of them immediately. That really says a lot about a company to me. I would not hesitate to call Greenlee Plumbing for any other plumbing issues that may come along in the future.

First, Mr. Greenlee responded to my online inquiry immediately. When we spoke on the phone he asked a couple of questions about the issue and quickly determined that the problem the water main. He proceeded to provide me with a price right there, which compared to the other three quotes that I received from others - it was 60% lower. Though I was skeptical because of the price differential, I am very happy that I moved forward with Greenlee. Brian arrived on time and did an outstanding job! He is very professional and explained everything he was going to do in detail and in a manner, I could understand. He also took the time to let me know how much time it would take (which was dead on!) If I could give Greenlee 5 A++ on here, I would. I truly appreciate the honesty and fair price for the job done and the responsiveness. I am confident that if anything was to arise, I can expect the best from them. They have just gained a new client and someone else is losing one.

I had a water heater issue where the pilot wasnt lighting at all. I did my own research online to see if I could fix it. Turns out my local hardware store didnt have the parts I needed to fix. So I called Greenlee Plumbing and Steve took my call. He gave me a very valid workaround for me to try before he would come out. It took a little perseverance on my part, but it worked like a charm and my water heater is warming up as we speak. He completely saved me time and money. Its honesty and helpful hints like this before coming out and fixing a big problem that earns my trust, and I have a plumber for life. Thanks again Steve!

I had Greenlee replace my interior polybutylene piping about 6 months ago when I bought my new house. I had them hold off on the exterior pipe leading to the house because I was concerned about the irrigation system. Well now 6 months later the exterior pipe broke and Greenlee replaced it for the same price they quoted me 6 months ago same day. They also hit a few irrigation lines and fixed them all, they even took the time to check and make sure they all worked before leaving. I would recommend this company to anybody, absolutely the best. They did an excellent job on both the interior job and now the exterior.

Greenlee Plumbing did a great job on the full repipe of my home. I was worried about moving into a home with Polybutylene pipes, so I had the re-pipe done before moving in. Greenlee replaced the gray poly pipe in our 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath West Cobb home and hooked up a re-circulation pipe to our tankless water heater. All this was accomplished in one day with a four-man crew. Drywall repair and repainting was accomplished the next day in about six hours. I have since found out that Greenlee has re-piped several other residences in our subdivision. All of us are very pleased with their service.
