I have a 9 month old and my car broke down on us so I got them to tow my car here at watson ,I paid 787 to get my timing belt / water pump fixed plus I paid extra for a tune up / oil change. Well as soon as I left my check engine light was still on but they said they fixed everything . Two weeks later my car broke down on us again so i took it to another auto shop called "maxi lube" only to find out that watson auto salvage repair didnt put my timing belt on correctly at all , i have missing bolts everywhere, my crank pulley is broke, and everything else is a mess they basically made my car worse and didnt fix anything at all!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone BEWARE OF THIS AUTO SHOP PLEASE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS !!!

These people are a joke! My wifes car went in for repairs after it died on her. They poorly replaced the fuel regulator to the point where fuel had leaked into the oil pan. They installed the wrong spark plugs, which got ruined after the fuel leaked into the oil. They drained all of the freon in the A/C for no reason. After all that, they couldnt figure out why it was running worse than before it came in. Every time we went up there to check on the progress, they wouldnt tell us anything, and it sat there for two weeks without anyone working on it after they did all of the above in about a day! Havent gone there since and DO NOT recommend them for anything! They are a bunch of idiots without the proper mechanical training!
