I went here to see why my check engine light was on. They told me I need a canister and a fuel tank that cost me over $1000. It has been almost a month and this problem is still not fixed. What frustrates me more than the problem not being fixed is the poor communication. The 2ND time I brought it back the manager just tightened the gas cap and reset the light, telling me that the code said gas cap but before I brought the car to them I got the code checked at OReilys and it said faulty canister. He lied in my face, I brought it back again he says I did my part thats what the code said. I told him I didnt want to argue I just want you to fix the issue. After talking with the manager the last time he said if the light comes back on he honestly dosent know what else it could be. So I took it to the dealership and paid for a diagnostic test. They took me under the car showed me the canister and how the hoses wasnt connected and the canister valve had Cobb webs and debris all over it. They said how could they work on this and not see this. Mind you the last time I took the car to Pepboys the mechanic said he didnt connect the hose all the way. I then went back for the 4th time, manager says he could fix the car or refund me so that I could let the dealership fix it. Well it has been 3 days no phone call I even emailed and got no response. I paid them to do a service all I wanted was that. Its ridiculous how I am having to go back and forth.

After reading some of the reviews to be honest I was very skeptical about going here but I trusted my gut feeling and called. 1. The lady Neshari was very pleasant and respectful. I told her actually what was wrong and she reassured me that the guys would handle it. She knew exactly what she was talking about. Her and her team was knowledgeable and it made me feel good with leaving my only car in their hands. After a few hours I received my phone call that my car was ready for pick up and I was satisfied. All questions and concerns were addressed and answered. I would say go have an experience for yourself. Its one of those things what you put in is what you get out. I went in with a clear mind and hoping for a great experience and I got just that.

NESHARI THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION IS A CROOK AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! MY WIFE SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR OIL CHANGE WITH THIS GUY WHO LOOKS LIKE A WOMAN NAMED NESHARI. SHE OR HE WHICHEVER IS CHEWING GUM USING FOUL LANGUAGE AND TREATING CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY ARE HER ENEMIES. THEN SHE POINTS AT A NUMBER ON WALL AND SAYS CALL CORPORATE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, AS IF SHE TELLS EVERYONE THAT IS MISTREATED TO CALL THAT NUMBER. OUR APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED BECAUSE SHE SAYS ONE OF THE TECHS LEFT FOR THE DAY. MY WIFE AND I HAVE AN 8 HOUR DRIVE TONIGHT AND WE SET APPOINTMENT HOURS BEFORE WE GET THERE ONLY TO BE TOLD CAN WE COME BACK TOMMOROW VERY RUDELY! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO PEP BOYS AT ANY LOCATION IF THEY HIRE TRASH LIKE HER.

We took our car here to get an oil change on October 8th and then a week in a half later, we hear this noise coming from up under the hood. My husband look at it and notice that the oil had came out, so we had it towed to a shop. Then they tell us that it was two oil rings on the oil filter, so when we finally drove the car and gave it some gas, that it popped and all the oil leaked out. Pep Boys left the old oil ring on there and just put another one on top of that and now with them not fixing the way they suppose to now we have to get a new engine because with the oil leaking out damage it Of course they dont want to admit they wrong.

My experience is still in progress. This guy at the Tara Blvd store Leo is full of lies and takes a lot of smoke breaks. They keep misplacing my paperwork from previous service records. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. I pray that my car will be properly repaired this time. I will never go to this Pep Boys location again! Warning stay away from this location! Long wait times, misquotes, and bad customer service. So far I have spent over $30 in Uber fees and I am missing work opportunities due to their gross negligence.

Stay Away From Here! I took my car there for an oil change and 5 days, hundreds of dollars, and two problems later I get my car back. Sure, its fixed but items were also stolen from my car. They claimed they saw nothing on the tapes, which Im sure they didnt watch. Im beyond pissed off with this place! On top of that they took forever to even touch my car. These people seem nice but they are liars, cheats and just plain lazy. Save your money, your time and the headache. Do not go here!

Poor Customer Service. Quoted me one Price, when the repair was finished it was then, an entirely different amount. Please dont use this pne or the one on 85. Took my car in for a Oil Change, Oil was Changed. Returned home to find out my Oil was leaking the next day. Took it to anpther Shop and found that the Pep Boys Mechanic had broken off a Bolt and left it. Which was why my Oil was leaking. Dont even think about going to these People.

We dropped our truck off at 10a.m. for a basic oil change. The sales associate told us that they will get to the truck around 1p.m. We picked up the truck at 5p.m. The truck had not been touched. Not even a phone call at any time throughout the day to let us know that they wouldnt be able to get the job done..... We should have gone somewhere else.

I took my vehicle to four other tire shops before Leo at Pep Boys in Jonesboro. I couldve saved a great deal of time if I just gone there first he was the only one that was able to determine what was wrong with my vehicle and fix it on the same day in about an hour.

Worse service ever. Took my car in for a wheel alignment and tire balance left with an oil leak and a brand new grinding sound from my engine. If you want to keep your car running DO NOT take it to this shop.

Garbage ass service. They gone try to charge me $116 for an oil and air filter change on Hyundai Elantra. The lady at the front desk didnt even know how to look up the liter size of the engine on her computer.
