Id give them 0 stars if possible. Ive been here 2x already to pick up my tires and get them put on. I was told they were book solid the first time. The second time i was told it was too late and they couldnt get me worked in. It was 6:45 so i understood. The THIRD TIME: i called and asked when they would be taking the last customer and they said 7pm. So i pull up at 6:10 & they say they arent taking anymore. I told them i called and could show them were i called. They deny it and said they never talked to me. Fine, let me get my tires and Ill go somewhere else. The guy with the long pony tail was absolutely rude, didnt care. Wasnt even understanding to how upset i was because this is the 3rd time. Didnt help me get my tires so i got them myself. It took him damn near 20 minutes just to get my paperwork to sign so i could have my tires that i already ordered and paid for. I WONT EVER BE BACK TO LOVEJOY WALMART.

Not sure why the bad ratings. I had an awful experience at Kauffman tires and visited this shop for a used tire. Solomon assisted me and was both professional and very friendly. He even identified another problem Kauffman caused to my tire. The tire was of great quality and under $50. I was in and out in around 20 minutes. I will defintely return and recommend them.

Traveled to Atlanta and ended up with a flat. Went to Lovejoy/Hercules Tires for help. The father and son duo was more than helpful! I replaced one tire. They checked the wear and tear on my other tires and saw another one had a gash in it. I replaced two tires. I safely made it back to Alabama and am grateful to Lovejoy Tires for their help.
