I would love to give less than one star however, Google feels the need to give companies the benefit of doubt by providing at least 1 star. My co-worker and I were just there ordering a few sandwiches for our Management Staff. The red headed lady behind the counter was extremely rude. While making the sandwiches she felt the need to roll her eyes and apologize to the people behind us with such disdain in her tone. We asked for a a foot long and not a 6 inch and instead of setting it aside she threw it in the trash with great force I might add. Not to mention when we requested a sandwich to NOT be toasted she frustratingly exhaled and complained that she would need to remove the toppings and start over. She then demanded we take it toasted so she wouldnt have to do her job properly. After 30 minutes of the most unsettling experience we have ever had in a restaurant, we handed over a credit card so she could "gladly" charge us $50. Needless to say we will NOT be back! Thanks but no thanks, next time we will go to Firehouse!

Most horrible experience at a subway. He made the sandwhich wrong. He did not offer to correct nor to refund when I told him to take it back.

They act like they have to count everything out. Every ingredient, takes forever. Staff was slow to make our sandwiches.
