Exactly the way I expected. Clean, with friendly and respectful staff. My Engineers Sub arrived in no time and was superb as always. Didnt get to take pictures though, as I was too occupied with getting something to eat and also had my two hungry kids with me. One minor disappointment for me was that I couldnt find a Nò 10 hot sauce and some of the sauce bottles had hot sauce smeared all over them, (So just watch out as always and be careful not to get fingers anywhere near your eyes). Either way, it is a good place to grab a Sub and eat to your hearts content.

I am commuter who work in Atlanta but doesnt reside here (live in Texas). As a result, I eat out often. I have been to at least 4 Firehouse Sub locations and this is probably my favorite. Always clean and all of the employees have always been very friendly. Some of the other locations have been hit and miss. A couple are frequently out of certain drinks, especially diet drinks. Never had that problem at this location.

Went in the try the Hawaiian Pork sandwich, but I missed the promotion, although I was upset about this, they suggested that I try the Hook and Ladder. It was delicious, and even though I did not come for what I wanted, I ended up very satisfied with my experience. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly.

Food is pretty good, a little on the pricy side. Theyve given me the wrong kind of bread a few times.Also sometimes they dont do a great job of lining the toppings up with the bread. The meat is falling of the sides.

I love firehouse subs. I have had great service and food in many states. This location is by far the worst I have ever visited. I would recommend any location except this one.

Staff was very apathetic and service was extremely slow. Saw one employer start the meat slicer in the back, only to place a large bbq sauce bottle on it and walk away.
