Came here without any plans on getting anything. I was across the street for an event and decided to drop in just to look. Some of the best meat I have seen anywhere. By far the best steaks I have had in the 4 years I have lived in Cincinnati. All of their beef is Prime and dry aged and it melts in your mouth.

Every time we bring something home from Wyoming Meat market we can be assured that the prime beef is as good if not better than any steakhouse. Jim and his team are not only friendly, they are incredibly knowledgeable. Lunch is also a great option with a great selection of make to order sandwiches and sides.

Jim has the best meat in Cincinnati, period. He carries ONLY prime meat, which you typically cant get. He also sources, and butchers each cow and gets them from local farms.
