I just left Chipotle. I asked the employee to change his gloves because I had a wheat allergy. He asked another employee a question and preceeded to say that everything was fine for me to eat. No, everything is not gluten-free. He acted as if he didnt want to change his gloves. My family and I come once a week. I think I know what I can and cannot eat. Then, I call the store and ask to speak to a manager. I was on hold for over eight minutes and the manager never came to the phone. Chipotle, you need to do better and become more professional. I dont think that Ill be going back. Ive never had a problem with an employee changing his or her gloves. Why did I have an issue today. Chipotle please educate your employees on food allergies!!

The food is good, but there was a panhandler at the front door when I came in, begging a lady who came out for money. Then I got my food and sat outside. A woman walked up outside, sat down at the table next to me and began smoking. Then she asked me for money. When I went in side to tell the manager, the lady had gone to another table outside and was asking for money. The manager told her she could not smoke. But apparantly going table to table panhandling was OK. I just wanted to relax and eat after a 10-hour shift, but that wont happen here.

The customer service was horrible. I have never been to a restaurant where managements attitude was worst than his staff.That explains the staff lack of respect for customers. When asked about portion, Dan wasnt worried about catering to our request. When we moved down the line, the next representative Josh was very eager to move us out the way. Made us feel unwelcome and not valued as customers. We will take our business else where. We left a authentic Mexican restaurant to come there, big mistake.

Regularly slow service and undercooked food. Took a friend there tonight and of the five employees visible in the store only one was serving customers. The two people in front of us took no less than fifteen minutes to serve. One of the customers was an employee there and they had a nice long chat with the person making the food while they were making the food. Pretty poor service imo.

This is the slowest Chipotle!!! The millenials making the food have one speed and never seem to work together to make the line move smoothly. This location must lose a lot of money for the slow and disrespectful service to its patrons. Ive been in long lines at Chipotle but have moved. Maybe after a Donald Trump presidency they will finally know what real work is.

As a chipotle frequenter, I have never been to a location with such a slow moving staff. Not a single employee seems to be cognizant of the length of the line or how slowly they are functioning. Not to mention I witnessed an employee working the line without a hair net or hay. Avoid this Chipotle location.

I placed an online order and sent an employee down to pick it up .... he was told he had to wait in line with everyone else. When he got to the counter the guy laughed and said he was only joking. Took him over 30 to pick up food on a order that was place over a hour ago. Piss poor customer service.

This Chipotle drastically underperforms in the world of Chipotles. No matter the time, always an incredible line. Consistently understaffed, definitely for the amount of customers that I have seen here on a regular basis. If you have 50 minutes to spare, then feel free to stop by for a burrito

This Chipotle has underperformed for a long time, until my last visit. The new manager, (Sam, I think?) had great customer service and was really working hard to move everyone along. Well done on the new hire. Chipotle is one of my favorites, and I wont avoid this one any more.

I love Chipotle but hate this particular one. The staff is slow and has gotten an order wrong every time Ive been here. Most other Chipotles are paragons of efficiency and friendly service, but this one has indifferent staff and just wastes your time. Eat elsewhere.

The food is consistent with other chipotle restaurants, but the service here is very poor. I suppose its possible that they are unreasonably busy and need more staff because there is always a line, but its more likely the apathetic service slowing things down.

Its Chipotle and consistent. I go during dinner and the line wasnt long but not instant. Cashier gave me 2 "buy one get one free" coupons after hearing I just moved into the area which was nice. Id recommend this location and it doesnt have any red flags.

Slow moving. They get mad when you ask for extra rice because they seem to THINK that two scoops is enough AND they blurt out the cost for extra chicken as if you cant afford it. Totally rude. Go to Hyde Park instead.
