The owner is VERY rude!! My wife bought 4 large subs and asked that 2 of them be cut into 1/3s instead of 1/2s (for our 3 kids to split) she was told let me ask. Then the cashier came back and said NO. She then asked for a manager and the lady that came over said they dont have time to do it thats why the answer is NO. The lady that came over said she was the owner and the cashier said she was in fact the owner. 12:30 which should be a busy time for lunch and they only had 4 customers. Maybe everyone in Fayetteville has already heard about the owner at this Firehouse. DONT waste your time go to the Firehouse in Peachtree City they have better service!!!! I WONT EVER go back to this Firehouse!!!

They have great customer service in this store. I was eating here 2 or 3 times a week but I decided to stop because this location is the only location I have visited that does not offer a military discount or a free drink to military personnel (w/valid ID) with the purchase. I have to always complete the survey to get a code and enter into a sweepstakes. Notice I said I always enter the sweepstakes but I have NEVER won! However, overall this is a good place to eat but they MUST honor those who have served for the freedom to own this business. Navy Retired

Based on four criteria, food and how fast it gets here, drink, overall cleanliness of the facility, and service this location passes. The service is great everyone was smiling they greeted us as we walked in. The place is extremely clean and the food was great and it got to our hands within ten minutes of ordering.

The food is, of course, very good. A tad expensive but worth it so I dont mind. The kicker on this location in particular, though, us every single person Ive come across so far has been noticeably friendly. They really seem to enjoy working there and that comes across. (And The Steamer - I love it a little too much)
