Im looking for venues for my wedding reception and Creatif Catering was on the list for preferred Caterers at one of the venues. I contacted Todd Wilwee via email requesting more information. He called me and left a message for further contact. I called him and stated in my message that due to my job (call center with variable hours) Im not available for calls normally and dont have access to my phone. I left me email and requested that he contact me there. Todd insisted we plan the venue viewing via phone. After leaving multiple messages with him, I finally got a hold of Todd, who didnt recognize my name as the person with whom hed been playing phone tag. Later, I sent him an email requesting some more information on certain items from my workplace. Todd, instead of responding to the email like a normal human being, decides to call the 800 number and request me at the operator. We are not allowed to take personal phone calls, that is a firing offense. When I tried to explain this to him, he insisted that we discuss my issues so much that I had to hang up on him to end the call. I sent him an email immediately after asking him to do his best answering the questions via email. He never responded. I finally asked him if his silence was to mean that he no longer wanted my business, to which he affirmed. Todd is horribly short and disagreeable, he refuses to even attempt to communicate with potential customers through their preferred form of communication, and he is quite happy to burn bridges for future customers. I have seen over 15 venues now and, excluding the Walnut Grove Country Club, he is the rudest person with whom Ive had to deal.

We used Creatif Catering for our wedding. They were amazing! The quality of food was wonderful and we loved that they included plates and linens with the price per plate. We also had a ton of extras that we were allowed to take home with us.
