So my family and I walked in tonight to have dinner after a long day. The "hostess" walked us past 15 empty tables to sit us in the VERY BACK of the restaurant. Was it because my husband is black? Maybe not I thought, however then 3 white couples came in and they were seated directly in the front and had drinks immediately, unlike us because he didnt bother to tell our server that he sat her a table all the way in the back. I finally had to ask someone that they had helping them clean up if there was a reason we were seated in the back and ignored. Then the "hostess" comes over winking at me repeatedly and gave us 2 complimentary "chicken sandwich cards.. really? I didnt want anything for free, I wanted to be treated like a customer and not like trash. I will also take my complaint and the fact that us and the only other black family in the chick fil a were seated in the very back of the restaurant. Its sad that things exist like this in this age and time.

I love chick fila, always had great service but tonight the family and I decided to try the dine in we got seated fairly quickly but once the waitress came to attend us it got awkward, she was pretty rude and a bit rushed. She took our drink order and left. She brought us our drinks quickly and that was the last time we saw her. Apparently she switched places with another server. When the new server came over we asked where our server went and he replied "Im your new server, the other server was just taking your drink order for me. So what are your drinks?" Maybe Im thinking wrong but after reading previous reviews Im almost certain it was because of our race. As far as proportion size, options, and price, I believe the Dwarf House in Hapeville is much better.

I just had the worst customer service in all my 5 years going to chick-fil-a.Catlin Brac was not courteous,she treated me like with disdain,I dont know if it was the color of my skin,,she was unprofessional never seems to care if I was satisfied .She never asked how I was doing,she never mentioned what my option was on the menu,she just brought over whatever she thinks was easier to prepare in the kitchen,so ironic she kept going to the to the white folks and asking if they were ok and if they wanted more coffee. She never once come to the table after I was serve until it was time to collect the check.

I hope this gets read by management...today my husband went through the drive thru and ordered 6 meals. When he got home, he was only given 5 of them. I called to see if we could pick up the other meal, that is when customer service kicked in. A young man named Taylor said that he was sorry that happened and absolutely insisted on bringing the meal to my home! What a blessing that was as we were in the middle of dealing with having painters in the house and cleaning up a flooded basement from all of the rain we had today. Thank you, Taylor. Management, you have a rising star in Taylor.

I am very tired of getting my order messed up here and the people that are working dont seem to care home much of my time they waste while not paying attention to what they are doing and they take so long there shouldnt be a consistent problem like this... I mean really you are gonna take 15 minutes per order and then it isnt even correct! I dont understand how this happens so much because my order is always rung up correctly I am just given the wrong thing.. GET IT TOGETHER!

Nom Nom. How can you not love this place. Everyone here is so nice. I went to the drive-thru and the lid for the soup was not applied correctly and the soup spilled all over my car seat. I called them and told them what had happened and the to me to get my car detailed and bring in the receipt and they reimbursed me for it. How many restaurants would take care of a customer like that????

This Chick-fil-A is fantastic. The staff always provides consistent service and the manager really takes care of customers on the very rare occasions when there is a problem with an order. It truly is their pleasure to serve you. Having the drive-through open 24/6 is also a great addition for folks. It always does a booming business and that is a sign of a good quality restaurant.

I have never had a bad experience here til today! I paid $8 for a hot brown meal. All it is was a piece of toast and the small bowl with the ingredients inside. I asked wheres the salad and was told it didnt come with the hot brown and u had to order the platter to get the small side salad. Seriously? For $8 u would think the salad and/or drink was included. Oh well :(

The manager wanted to charge me extra for something that was supposed to come with my meal. I politely returned the meal and left. This was the first ChikFilA I have ever left angry. I was very disappointed! Horrible service from the manager! The employees were nice though.

Dined at the dwarf house twice in the past month. Pros: Good Food, Clean Restaurant, Friendly Servers. Cons: Both times we waited longer than usual to get our food, it wasnt busy either time. Next time I order from the "chick Fil a" side and skip the Dwarf House.

I have had it with this location! I placed a call in order for a morning meeting and this is the 3rd time it was not only not ready but 45 min after it was supposed to be picked up. This is poor team work. I will be taking my morning meeting business else where!

This isnt just a Chick-fil-a, its a Dwarf House. They have an all you can eat breakfast bar on Saturdays. They have a little Dwarf door. They have a sit down, table service area patterned off of the oirigina Dwarf House in Hapeville, GA.

The food is good - thats almost a given. And the people here certainly uphold the CFA rep for service. Its always fast and hot. The employees are 100% what seems to be genuinely friendly. Maybe they only hire friendly people.

Always a stellar experience. But I was surprised by the diner/restaurant experience: seated by a maitre d, a server coming to the table to take our order, etc... I never been to a Chick-fil-A like this.

Dont do the buffet to expensive for a little bit of nothing , just paid 28 and change for some bs ..food was cold and nasty .. I cant believe everyone comes here just for this buffet garbage ..

This Chick-fil-a is always crowded and the drive-through jammed and the staff always keeps delivering great chicken. I enjoy their salads and who cant resist one of the "original" sandwiches.
