This Chick- fil-A is always busy, and I normally have the quality experience, except for the last two times that I visited this location. I ordered two chick-fil-A sandwich meals, side salad and cobb salad for my family. I requested with the cobb salad a total of 3 packets of dried peppers. The associate politely explained that only two packets of dried peppers come with the salad. I explained to her that I would like three and she stated that it would be an extra charge. I let her know that I come every week, (Chick-fil-A day with my family is once a week) and I have never been charged extra. Once at the drive through I asked to speak to the manager, and he too expressed that it was an additional cost. I explained to him that they dont charge extra at the Buckhead or Dunwoody locations because I get the same thing every time I order. The manager still stated that it would be a 25 cent charge. I requested the extra fee to charged on my card and that I would be sending the receipt to corporate. The cashier did not know how to ring it up the extra cost, and the manager had to help the cashier. Apparently, the manager didnt know how to either because according to the receipt he had to put in a fake product to ring me up. All of that said, they didnt even put the extra dried pepper packet that I paid for in the bag. In the end, I was overcharged and paid for a product that I didnt receive. The staff was still polite and courteous while ripping me off with their great slogan " Its my pleasure." Shame on you Cleveland Avenue #00683 Chick-fil-a.

Had the displeasure of visiting this local Chikfila, what a nightmare!!! It started with the congested parking lot and the long line wrapped around the drive thru- no problem since Chikfila is known for speed. Ten minutes later, I finally get to the window to order. After paying for my order, I get to the next window only to be told they are out of the yogurt parfait that i just paid for. Once again, no problem. Just give me the fries that come with the combo. After this, the unfriendly employee closed the window and told me there would be another two minute wait and can i pull up. I politely explained that i had been waiting in the "fast" food line for over ten minutes. Then, Im guessing the manager came to the window and gave me this VERY intimidating glare and firmly stated again for me to move out of the line and that my food would be ready in two minutes. I should have gotten my money back at this point but decidedly to wait since i Had already invested the time waiting. Well After pulling up, my food finally was brought out to me, nine minutes later. So altogether a total of 19 minutes for a number seven combo. What a nightmare, i wasnt apologized for the time inconvenience and management is sub par, I can see why the employee looked irritated And unfriendly. I will spend my money elsewhere. Chick-fil-a customer service is at its worst.

This is my second day in a row trying to get food from this restaurant last night the line was awful all the way backed up to Cleveland I cannot believe the long way that this restaurant have its nothing compared to any of the other Chick-fil-A. this morning I am here once again and once again it is a backed up line and I have been in line for several minutes 15 to be exact and I am still here. This is the only Chick-fil-A on this side of town which makes it quite frankly horrible I cannot believe this line is so long in the wait times can go into 30 minutes in a drive-through line Im not understanding why the line is so long. Corporate needs to step in and intervene is a great play it has a playground its clean but the consistency and fast food is not fast at all consistency is not consistent at all if I could rate this restaurant zero I would rate it a zero it does not deserve any stars at this point except for cleanliness.

On this particular visit, I went through the drive thru...ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 large lemonade with no ice and 3 large ice cream cups. I drove home to find 1 chicken sandwich, 1 large waffle fries. And my lemonade were filled with ice. I called the store because they were closing in 10 minutes. I spoke with one of the managers, Barry. And he had 2 more lemonade and 4 chicken sandwiches for me when I arrived. I understand that orders get mixed up. So, it didnt really bother me as much because of the manager Barry wanting to make things Right! Thanks Mr. Barry you company will KEEP my business.

The food has always been great at this location. Ive never had to deal with a wrong order or extensive wait. But good lord, would it hurt for them to be friendlier? Chick-fil-a is well known for its great customer service. I must say, at this location, they need to work on that. Tired of the sassy girl attitude and the rude boy persona. This is how I feel after multiple visits. This wont stop me from visiting. I just feel like they are the bottom of the barrel as far as other chick-fil-a restaurants go, still top notch over other fast food places.

I eat at this location often and every time I come the staff is very friendly and nice. Today was a wow experience for me I would like to recognize one employee in particular. Mrs.Sharai she is one of the cashiers but this young lady went above and beyond to make every customer feel welcomed. From taking orders, to delivering food and even cleaning the table after everyone was finished. She represents the company well while keeping a smile on her face. Thanks Sharai for making my day.

Normally when I go to Chick fil a I get awesome service but this particular one I did not I waited for my food for about 20min after telling them everybody got there food that was in back of me one girl asked me for my name and said that they didnt have a order for me I handed her my receipt, she fixed my food gave it to me and walked away without apologizing and also did not give me my drink I payed for as well.

We happened upon this restaurant looking for a quick bite to eat on the way to a meeting. We were overwhelmed at the friendly service and how everyone wanted to make sure that we were well taken care of. When our food was going to be an extra two minutes the manager came out to make sure that was okay. I have never been in a Chick-fil-A with such a friendly staff and delicious food. Well done!

Been here several times before and has been good. Tonight 15 min before closing I got order of salad and chicken sandwich and chicken strips. Salad was soft and not good, it had to be old or sat outside refrigeration too long. Chicken sandwich was soggy and full of grease and so were the chicken strips. Maybe the lesson is never go near closing time.

Been frequenting this location several times weekly for over a year, and have never been disappointed. Some long lines, but they handle it like any chick filet you have ever visited...mostly fast & efficient. Customer service is excellent. Im proud of the staff and management at this location, a great example of how a high bar is achieved.
