This is one of the best places you could possibly go for lunch. Although youre going to pay a little more than a normal lunch special type joint, you get more than what you pay for in service and quickness. Its rare to see so much dedication and cheerfulness in a fast food place, but if youre wanting to see that, this is the place to go. Several times when I have been here I was waited on while eating at a table. Employees would offer to get me a refill, more napkins, some more ketchup, etc, while I was seated - not something you commonly find in a fast food joint. The manager is almost always front and center, smiling, greeting people, and helping out the other employees. Youd hardly know he wasnt a regular employee if it wasnt for the name tag and manager attire. The service speed is very good; I hardly have to wait for my food when I order here. I commonly turn around, grab some ketchup and napkins, and then turn around again to receive my food as theyre bringing it out. On the few occasions its taken longer than 10 seconds, they would offer to bring it out to me while I was seated. Havent had a bad batch of food yet; its always been good. TLDR; phenomenal service, food, and atmosphere; highly recommend!

This is one of the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. Me and my son (9 YO) were there at 10:20 today and we were allowed to order breakfast or lunch. I ordered Grilled Chicken meal and my son ordered Chicken Mini we wanted to dine in there. Grilled Chicken arrived in less than 5 minutes and after 5 minutes of that, gentleman came to us and told us that they did not had chicken mini and offered us if we would take chicken nuggets. We agreed and we waited until 10:50 . We went to counter to remind him, he quickly put chicken nuggets in to go bag and handed it to us as if it was no big deal he did not offered any apologies. Only thing he offered was if we wanted any sauce to go with it. I have never felt such a bad service from any other Chick-Fil-A. By far this is most poorly run Chick-Fil-A operation in Marietta area.

My first time at this location and first its extremely clean so that was amazing. But what made me feel like writing this review was the customer service. I had the pleasure of giving my order to Gabe and he was so delightful. The entire crew was speedy and very very pleasant. I would make this 35 min drive again just to experience this great service. Thanks guys.

I go through their drive thru a few times per week for breakfast. Prompt service is always provided with a smile. In the rare event that they are running behind on your order, they ask you to wait in a parking spot, and give you a gift card when the deliver your order. Good food. Great people.

I hit this place on the way to work and for dinner too. I get the chargrilled cool wrap with light Italian dressing. That is a pretty good combination. The food is consistently fresh hot and good.

Food and service is consistently good. Lunchtime drive thru can get very crowded, with the line stretching one and a quarter times around the restaurant. But, it moves at a steady pace.
