The whole experience I had was awful!!! First thing when I walk in is to see 3 teens "working" standing behind the front counter texting. The cashier that said she could help us was doing leg lifts.... and then 2 other workers was standing at a table talking with there friends.... then as we were waiting a very long time for our food all the floors were so dirty!!! Trash covered the floors and food. While one person walked around wiped the tables and brushed all the trash onto the floor, and the rest of the teenage workers were texting and leaning against the counter. In plain sight. Not even trying to hide the fact that they are doing anything and everything other then working. Oh and not to mention that 2 of the teen workers had there fingers in there month and biting there nails. We waited so long we got up to go get our food that was sitting on the counter. No one brought it to us. This was just horrible. I saw these same reviews but I ignored it and thought it couldnt be that bad. But this is the worst Ive EVER seen any any place. Canyon Burger, you should really be ashamed and imbarressed of your workers that you are paying. Whatever you are paying is way more then they deserve. Hopefully someone sees this and can fix it. Smh so disappointed. Awful awful

Imagine Five Guys Burgers with a twist: everything is canyon and old west themed. We came to eat here after flea marketing all morning and I suppose there was some kids festival going on across the street which made for a really noisy and crowded atmosphere. Im definitely regretting choosing this place over Freight, but this place didnt have a wait and freight did. I just thought that the burgers were going to be better: my mom and I split the swishroom and it was okay. nothing spectacular, the mushrooms werent even warm and the crinkle fries seemed like they came from a bag. Ive been getting used to fresh cut fries lately because thats what restaurants are doing, but overall I would say this is a great place to take your kids if you want something fast but also kind of want to sit down.

My wife and I LOVE this place! I dont know what some of these reviews are talking about!?! My mom lives in Woodstock and anytime we go to visit her, we have lunch at Canyons! I have tried every type of "burger", and they are all amazing! The portobello cap, the turkey burger, beef, they are all so good! The chicken tenders are amazing as well and are paired perfectly with any one of their homemade sauces! We have tried a lot of burger places, Vortex, Five Guys, Cheeseburger Bobbys, and Canyons is consistently good, every time. And the gaff is always so sweet and helpful!! As stated before, we always come back and will continue to do so!!

I was hopeful when we stopped for lunch one Saturday, but terribly disappointed. I can only describe the burgers as mediocre at best. The fries were not very tasty and the sweet tea a bit more than stained water. I would rate any Five Guys or even Smash Burger a much better choice. The staff at this location was exceptional. They all went out of their way to be friendly and very service oriented. If it hadnt been for their added effort, I dont think I could have mustered much more than one star for a rating.

Burgers are super good! Service is even better! We came in 13 minutes before closing time... felt a little bad but really wanted some burgers. We asked if the kitchen was still open and the cashier replied, "Of course! You still got 13 minutes!" In most places, the employees give you attitude if you come in right before close. Not here. Very pleasant atmosphere.

The burgers are very good and the area that Canyons Burger is in is great for sitting outside in downtown Woodstock. The people that work at Canyons leave MUCH TO BE DESIRED. Whoever manages Canyons should take note. The people that work for you when you are not around are not helping you out. If I were the owner I would clean house and start over with the staff.

The food was good nothing special, the service was super. A little pricey but hey your in downtown woodstock it was to be expected. The place was dirty. A mess at the soda machine, if you look up at the roof it was all filled with dust, like it hasnt been cleaned in years. Was not really up to the food after seeing how dirty it was.

Okay so, Towne Lake and Woodstock are a weird clientele for the new business to figure. Here is a great burger place that has got something going on. Spend the extra time fretting over where to park because this cute franchise has a burger for you and the vegan. Caution, the Jalapenos are not pickled....they a fresh and hot!

Ehh, it was okay. Burger was just a plain old piece of meat. The crinkle fries were good. They have a promotional sign for a smore milkshake that I was told they dont make anymore. Parking is horrendous and the cramped interior is hard to move around(especially the central station with forks, knives and ketchup).

We LOVE Canyons Burger Company. The counter personel Are always polite and helpful. They are patient and precise. The food is DELICIOUS, fresh and hot. The company has been helpful with fundraising for our Homeschool Study Center, Living Science. All in all a VERY Nice Place to bring your appetite.

Great Chicken Tenders I ate at Canyon Burgers for the first time 10/16/15. The chicken tender basket was great! The crinkle fries were fresh, crispy, and hot. The service at lunchtime was friendly and fast. The cost was a little pricey, but the staff and quality of meal make it worth it.

Misplaced order(s). Dirty bathrooms. Overflowing trash cans. Kids standing around behind counters. Ive been here more than once and this was by and far the worst experience yet. We visit them because its locally owned and a good burger. I think cheeseburger Bobbys is the better deal.

We live 30 minutes from Canyon burger, yet we will make the drive past every other burger restaurant just to eat at Canyon. They have the best quality burgers for a reasonable price. Their service is always great. The restaurant is clean. I cant say enough about them!

There is nothing like the Slaw Burger. Great tasting hamburger and bun with the cool comfort of cole slaw in one bite. Then theres the taters. Crinkle fries, sweet potato, or tater-tots. The worst thing about Canyons is I have to make a decision and cant have it all.

One of my favorite burger restaurants by far. I have never had any issues with orders that havent been quickly corrected, and the burgers they make are absolutely delicious. I generally order a Red Smoke burger with sweet potato fries, but will occasionally switch it up.

Burgers are good and my wife loves the sweet potato fries I love the onion rings. We can walk there from our house which makes it even better. The ambiance is a step above fast food but you can always take it out side to the shared patio in the heart of Woodstock!

We walked through the doors at 8:45, and the lady at the counter told us they were closed and they cannot serve us. Meanwhile, there were at least three tables with people sitting and eating at them. Also, two open sides were lit up brightly.
