This location is one of the most efficient locations I have ever been to. I stop here for breakfast a few times a week and lunch as well. This location is down the road from my office. Staff is A++! food is always fresh. My complaints are often times they forget to give me a salsa packet with my breakfast burrito. Often times the iced coffee is so bad I end up tossing it when I get to the office and it wouldnt kill them to fill up the breakfast burrito a bit more. Seems like rolled up tortilla most of the time. Other locations are a bit more generous. Great location but a few small improvements would make this location the best! They still get 5 stars since my complaints are very small. Im reaching for these details. Bottom line... go here!

I love chick fil a and they set a high bar for themselves. This location doesnt always live up to the hype. Areas of opportunity: 1-drive through is dangerous to navigate and super busy. 2-staff is inconsistent in their attitude and friendliness. 3-food can sometimes be a bit cold or burnt, particularly the fries. Dont get me wrong, I dont hate it, but Ive had a few less than enjoyable experiences here. Its just okay.

WARNING THIS CHICK-FIL-A IS PACKED IN THE AFTERNOON!!! Using the drive thru from 11:00 to 2:00 is impossible for convenience. But with that said this place completely makes it up for its service. They are very quick and very nice. The most Ive ever have to wait is 15 mins, and that was during the lunch rush. All in all if you need some breakfast, lunch, or dinner and youre near this place please go, you wont forget it.

Super courteous people. I stop in here at least once a week on my lunch breaks, so several folks in there recognize me at this point (they even gave me a Christmas card with free sandwich coupons inside!). I honestly dont remember them ever getting my order wrong (even when I got a Spicy Chicken sandwich no pickles add pepper jack and bacon - Its freakin awesome by the way). Totally recommend it

The tea I ordered with my breakfast tasted very strongly of cleaning agent of some sort. When I called them to let them know I was told they tasted it and it tasted fine. Almost like they thought I was trying to get something from them for free. Even though I work right behind this chick fil a, I WILL not eat there again.

My boyfriend and I always have terrible customer service when we go here. We have tried to provide constructive feedback to help, but it is never taken into consideration and seems to just inconvenience management. Going here seems like an inconvenience to staff in general. Wont be coming back to this location anymore.

Like others have said, be prepared to deal with parking issues if its lunch or dinner time, but the service is amazing and the food delish. You can even schedule a tour of the back to see how things work. When we went, we met the owner and he was super nice and very patient with a handful of young active boys.

Very friendly but you will need to always ALWAYS double check your order before driving away from the window. My experience is that without fail each time I go to this drive thru I am missing at least one item. That being said as soon as you tell them they are polite and quick to fix it.

I like this location because the parking lot is shaded by trees and is close to work. The quality of the service and food here is also the usual Chick-fil-a high standard. I think they use a bit more syrup in their soft drink machines here too, so the drinks taste great even with ice.

Being located near Kennesaw State University and on Chastain Road that acts as a conduit between I-75 and I-575 ... you know this location is going to be busy. The food is always fresh, the service always friendly and that one-of-a-kind flavor always satisfies. Its worth the wait.

As usual with Chick-fil-A, the service was great and they were very helpful at all times coming to the table just like a sit-down restaurant. It was not too crowded, but it has its times when it can be. If youre looking for a Chick-fil-A, its about average if not slightly better.

Very busy location; however, that translates to hot and fresh food for lunch. Been going to this location for better part of 8 years since I work and live around the corner. I will pass other locations to come to this one due to great service and food quality. Very consistent

Dont normally enjoy Chic-fil-A , but my son picked it. It was awesome! Busiest Ive ever seen and they handled it flawlessly! Great,fast,&friendly service,and very clean. The condiments were well stocked, and the area clean. Super impressed. Great job Chastain Chicfil-A !!!

The food of course is great, its chick fil a, you cant go wrong but I came in today for lunch with my 14 month old and I had my hands full with her and the diaper bag. This is the only chick fil a that Ive been to that doesnt take your tray to the table for you.

This location is directly across the street from my office and very convenient. The store is always busy and yet they are always fast and friendly. Today i was helped by a young man named Bo that is still in training. He was great. Keep up the good work Bo!

Always slow. Having previously worked for a chick-fil-a I know theres no reason for it to take this long. They are busy yes, and I waited a few visits before rating, but they are consistently slow. Also serves the smallest breakfast burritos Ive ever seen.

Usually long wait. Food quality gets overlooked. Last time I was here I got nasty mushy hashbrowns and a overdone biscuit that tasted terrible. I threw 90 percent in trash. BAD... Not the first time either. I dont care how busy you are. Theres no excuse.

The place was packed but we pulled into the drive through. The two people taking G orders were very nice. Line moved quickly. They had a guy at the window delivering food when it was ready so we could pull out of line. Best customer service ever.

Service can be really slow here, especially in the morning hours. Frustrating when youre expecting to be in and out. Waited for over 10 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich at 10:30 am and it still wasnt ready. I requested a refund and left.

This location always seems to run out of anything ordered, not to mention when they actually have something I usually get the wrong order. Like completely wrong. Would rather eat bark off a tree then sit in that line for the wrong order

Fast and friendly service. Dont plan on tweeting about it tho. AT&T customers have no service in there, the wifi is soooo slow and parking is a nightmare at lunchtime. But other than that, Ive had nothing but fast service.

Always friendly but be sure to check your order add I go three times a week for breakfast and have issues. The lives are usually long but most of the time they go pretty fast. Guess it depends on the manager that is there.
