Just left this restaurant and the "operator" was BEYOND extremely rude. She has the worst attitude & we will NEVER be back to this location. Someone needs more education on customer service because with this attitude pretty soon you wont even have customers. Such a HUGE disappointment. No actions on our part were even done to cause such an rude attitude.

Best customer service of any fast food in Cumberland. Food, experience, cleanliness are all good. The amount of meat on a sandwich seems to have gone down over the years, but otherwise this is a great place to eat.

Ive come here often and always had good service and food. Their sub/meal offerings are a bit more expensive than the competition and they are more caloric but its a better tasting sub, so just do it in moderation.

Ordered my sandwich. It was incorrect. Had to have it remade. It came out even more wrong than the first one. No lunch for me today. I have been going to this location for over a year. Will never return.

Everytime we went, the employees seemed annoyed to be there or took a while to take an order. Food was great but I mean its not like anther firehouse is going to be that different.
