I would first like to address, the training amongst the servers needs to be improved. We had a party of 14 with 2 servers. One of our servers unfortunately had at least 3 other table of parties of 4 or more while the other server only had one yet she would only check on half of our table. Next half of our table recieved their food then around 15 minutes later the manager came to tell us that their tuna was not sellable. So youre telling me as the manager you dont know your own products in the BOH and then ask after 30 minutes of putting in our food order if we want something else to replace the tuna, no I dont, mind you our check came to well over $350 and all you will offer is a replacement meal after waiting forever for our first order input.. Then when our food finally came some peoples order was cold to say the least..I will not attend this cheesecake factory ever again.. New management needs to be put in place. Clearly there is a lack of communication between the foh and boh management staff.. At the end of the day if your customers are not satisfies you SIR DID NOT DO YOUR JOB!! Who wants free dessert when you couldnt even have our meals out in a reasonable amount of time at the same time!! Lack of teamwork.. To our server that was placed on our table, I blame management for overbooking you on tables and the other server for not helping her teammate..

Bartendar was very rude! After a long week, and exhausting day at work, I just simply wanted a nice meal, and a cocktail. My meal was wonderful, however, at the end the bartender s attitude towards me while I was checking out was extremely rude, and unnecessary. I always hold my slip, and card up to indicate when I am ready to cash out. For starters, he walked past me several times, ignoring me. After another couple came and sat down to order, he finally stopped and a knowledge that I needed to to check, and in a very rude tone said well cant you wait? I understand that weekends are busy times, but it still shouldnt mean that people are held up when trying to check out, not to mention snapped at. When Im spending a decent chunk of change on dinner, I expect the individual serving me be polite. He really didnt deserve the tip, but unlike him Im not an ass. I will not be going back, and I do not recommend that you sit at the bar, not with such a rude person running it.

Overall, better than average experience. The food was delicious and the cheesecakes I took home were incredible, even 6 hours later. I was also impressed that although we (a party of 2) came in late, we never ever felt rushed by any of the staff, especially our server. I was actually very surprised when I realized we were leaving just as they closed for the night. My only reason for NOT giving 5 stars, was because our server (his name I cant recall now), seemed disinterested and lacked motivation to make our experience anything memorable. Both my mom and I asked him questions about various entrées, including his personal opinion, and all he could tell us was which ones he sold more of (which did nothing to help me choose at the end of the day). I know Im nitpicking here, but its those little things that make all the difference in the world when the options for eating out are many. However, I most definitely plan on going back!

We waited 40+ minutes for our food. I told the waiter I didnt want mashed potatoes and they still came out with them on my plate. My food was cold once they sent out the right thing. They sent it back through the warmer and it was still cold. My niece never got her sides even after the manager placed another order for her sides. They were out of her broccoli (which we found out after a hr and a half wait time for the side) I finally gave up on my meal and just packed it up. They did give us a free desert but I was already devastated. This was a terrible experience and I will definitely think twice before ever going back. I couldve had better at cheap ass Applebees. The Cheesecake Factory has went completely down. It used to be such a great experience.

My table ordered guac.. It was not very good, we ate a little then told the waitress we didnt like it.She took it away but still billed us for it. Then I ordered a veggie burger that was awefull, I really hard being a Debbie downer, but it was literally awefull. They did agree to take the veggie burger off my bill. I came with a large group, we literally waited about 30 mins for the bill, then when it came most of us just left cash payments with tips so we wouldnt have to wait another 30 mins to pay. They did, however, have a great variety of cheesecake. It was creative and exciting, and the cheesecake part of my meal was pretty tastey..

This is the all time favorite place for desserts to me and my wife. Love the ambience and service. Though little pricey, its definitely worth the experience and food. What I like most is the customization they graciously do whenever I ask. One add on not to miss is the complimentary warm bread they offer before dinner. I must confess I have gone there for dinner sometimes just because of the craving for that bread. Would love to see more choices vegetarian entrée. Have been to Cheesecake factory in many places and I am happy with their consistent quality of service. Thumbs up !

Love this location. We went today with our two children and did not wait long at all our waitress was awesome from start to finish. I literally get the same thing every time we go four cheese pasta its amazing. We had a small mishap with my food and without hesitation they offered to have it remade and it was perfect! The waitress was extremely nice and interacted with our children she was vary sweet. So shout out to this cheesecake factory location for always making our dining experience highly enjoyable...

Went there for my granddaughter birthday, not impressed with the food.There was 6 of us 3 out of 3 didnt care for the food. My French salad was literally a bag of mixed greens with a small dollop of goats cheese divided on four corners of the plate same goes for the beets and asparagus. The other plate had to be sent back because the chicken was cold. The pasta tasted good except it had 3 shrimps and 4 small chunks if sausage. Not worth the money. The service was good and the restaurant was clean.

Our server was uninterested in serving us as we received not one beverage refill, or one check in asking how everything was going. Appetizers were cold & so was our meal. For such a new establishment I thought it would have been a better experience. Should have just stuck with the one located in Kenwood mall. My husband and I opted not complain on site instead we decided early on that we would not be back. As a Google Local, I am HIGHLY disappointed. If I could give no stars, I would!

First time visiting the cheesecake factory the appearance was great the service was good we did not care for where we were seated we were sat on a long table with strangers and that made us feel uncomfortable the chairs are not large people friendly our order came out wrong and the waitress seemed distracted. My wife and I both ordered old fashioned Burgers and the burger lacked flavor and the portions were very small for the outrageous prices I would never go back.
