I joined here in error back in March. Thought was a gym closer to me, but I kept going because its a good deal. I have since moved and hardly ever get by due to distance, but have kept membership as I am trying to buy property and see if there may be one closer when I setttle.. But, what few times I am able to swing by, I want to tan.. Or get in hydrobed.. EVERYTIME, a piece of equipment is broken or, the most popular reason I can never actually use what I pay for is that for some RIDICULOUS reason there are increments if time where they simply wont let you tan. Just company policy. As I ask the reason this is done Im told this. I say, so no reason?.. He replies that IS the reason. He is the great gate keeper of the tanning bed. I did a quick swing through since I was by here, but didnt have time for their pointless "no tan zone" policy. Mind you the gym was 99% empty, and a lady had JUST handed her tanning room card to him as I walked up. Generally it depends on who is there as whether they will let you go ahead, but apparently this guy has decided he will be the great gate keeper. Give me a break. Cancellation in progress. I use to love this gym, and as a former employee of PF, I know it was vital to go above and beyond to please your customers - and that means bending simple rules. Under the previous manager, I was able to leave my protein drink in the cooler to keep cold, as long as it was in the back and out of site. Its a simple request for someone with extreme dietary needs, like myself. Yet the new manager, Harli, refused to let me place my drink in the cooler (she didnt even offer it to put it in the employee cooler, as someone as done in the past) and for that reason, I can no longer support this franchise. Ive been a paying memeber for over a year at this specific franchise, yet all other franchise locations will fulfill something so mundane. Im appalled at Harli and her staffs lack of empathy for something so simple. I hope the owners learn how to properly train their young employees in customer service.

I used to work here but i got fired when the new supervisor karina started. I was polite even when she fired me and i came to pick up my other check becuase i already had a better job. So the day when i was supposed to pick up my last check and have her out my life forever!She was still rude today she said she sent it in the mail it will probably be there by monday because actually she has it still and gonna send it as late as possible to cause me as much stress as possible karina is very nasty person you can tell just. By her appearance i think pf should do a better job of screening their supervisors i have to find a way to get money to pay bills and feed my kids.If you go to this planet fitness trust me there are demons who work there.

Overall love going to this club! The Black Card membership privileges make it more than worth it. A little perturbed yesterday when I was asked to wear protective eyewear for the Total Body Enhancement by the young ?hispanic girl. When I asked her why she said it was corporate policy. When asked for written documentation, she could provide none. When I pointed out that on the machine, it says to only wear protective eyewear if sensitive to bright light she rebutted that was not the case. I think she needs to be retrained in customer service and how to talk to clients. If protective eyewear is needed, it should be stated clearly in writing and posted so everyone can see!

I genuinely love working out here. The staff is always friendly, but not over the top. I come in early, so Im not up for a ton of conversation. Basically, Im there to get in, work out and get out. You see the normal wear and tear on the machines but theyre usually good about jumping on stuff to fix it if it isnt working. If youre good with a place to go work out and be left alone, this is perfect for you, but if youre looking for lots of group participation, not so much. Its just right for me.

After reading some of the recent reviews I was a bit leery of joining, but now Im glad I did. I dont interact with the staff that much, but when I have it has been nothing but pleasant. Im usually greeted with a smile and a "bye" when I leave. The place is kept very clean for a gym and the equipment is good repair. My only complaint (and Im not really complaining) is that it is ice cold sometimes -when you are covered in sweat it can be a little shocking. Overall: thumbs up.

I love the judgement free Planet Fitness! The service desk is discrete and friendly. My personal trainer, Lili is amazing! She has the skills and knowledge to craft the perfect workout routine to reach your personal goal. I love her charisma. Her positive energy and smile gives the confidence and strength to keep you going. Planet Fitness is a place to be and Lili is definitely a trainer to have. I would recommend Lili to anyone. How quickly things change. My family and I have spent the past year at this PF, always very happy with the service. But tonight, when I complained to the clerk about my appointment being skipped, I was told, "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT JUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND WALK ON OUT OF HERE!" When I refused to do so and asked to speak to the manager, she then twice threatened, "IM GOING TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP MYSELF!"

The manager, Korena, has a nasty attitude and does not know how to communicate with customers! Before she became the manager at this location the atmosphere was positive and people enjoyed working out there. Now, the only reason I continue to go to this location is because of the great trainer there, Li Li! Shes amazing and is a true motivator!

Used to love this gym but dont know whats happening within the last month.... When I mentioned my small concerns to assistant manager was told "we can cancel your membership right now, no charge" A minor situation turned into me walking out.... Whats going on?

I love this gym. The staff is super nice and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. Ive been attending this gym for a little over 2 months and I still enjoy working out. Ill be around for a while. I have no plans on terminating my membership anytime soon.

I love this gym compared to my other one. only downfall is that the machines dont feel smooth at all. It doesnt give of a natural feeling to it compared to the other PF but overall its a nice new clean gym

Gym is a little cramped and the free weight section is entirely too small. A lot of the machines squeak as well. Very cleanly though. I personally prefer the one in Snellville because it is less cramped.

Guys record you while working out and recently while doing a DVD one guy just sat on machine next to my area, not doing any reps just staring. It made me very uncomfortable so I ended my tape early.
