Beware of their fine lines. I DO NOT recommend them at all. I would not go there, just because of advertised low cost, entry is easy, but exit will make you pay. You cannot put on-hold for more than 3months. Be ready to pay both; yearly maintenance fee and membership cost. You cannot cancel membership over the phone or email. You have to go in-person to cancel it. If you cancel after 15th of the month then pay for following month also. Personal trainer did not show up per schedule. No courtesy, no customer service

Had a issue with fitness 19 4045 five forks trickum rd Lilburn ga 30047.front dest personal male, has no customers service. He was hostile to me as a member. When i informed management. Management threatened to cancel my membership and ask to leave the building. After my workout, management went to his car and threatened me with a gun which he showed to me. I called the police who told me to call there corporate office. The staff member refused to give me such a number.

i moved back to Lilburn and needed to workout. Fitness 19 was the right price and had an ample array of equipment. It is impressive that any company can run on $19 bucks a month, but they do. They have trainers you can sign up and pay separately if that is what you want. There is not a bunch of staff, but i didnt pay a bunch of money and i didnt want 40 employees watching me while i struggle with some dumbells. Final verdict. great price, right equipment. real people.

Terrible. This place is close to my house and super cheap, so I thought I would give it a try. I signed up for the price, but it wasnt even worth the $59 start up fee and $10 a month. This place is dirty. Certain machines do not work. I was told I would be mailed my membership package and cards with 10 days of signing up. Its three months later and I have not received them. Save your money and go somewhere else. This is a waste and I wish Id never walked in the door.

Fitness 19 is exactly what I would expect for the price and its right around the corner from my house. They keep it very clean though the floors used to be dusty when I first joined. The staff is friendly and the equipment meets my needs. The folks who are frustrated about having to pay for one more month after cancelling their membership dont realize that they would have to do this at any gym that offers month to month memberships.

This is a really good place! I have had a great experience here in the few days I have used the facility. The machines are good and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have had the chance to interact with Korey and Chris and they have been great. Always with a big smile and attending all customers in a good way. The great thing is that it is an affordable and well maintained place. I highly recommend this place.

I had an account with them in 2015 and went to school. Before leaving I told them to cancel it and they didnt. Instead froze the account and started stealing my money from my account. I then called my bank to stop them from taking my money. Eventually I came home to see a letter that we are taking u to debt collectors. when signing up for gym membership with these guys, you have to be very careful.

Ive read a few reviews that arent so great, and I have to say Ive had a completely different experience! The gym seems to be under new management since those reviews were made, and I love this gym! The staff is very friendly, the gym is always clean, and management is always professional. Highly recommended!

Worst fitness ever! Bought 3 month membership with free consultation but hardly make any appointment with consultant. Then I canceled the membership, they still charge next month membership fee mandatory. And most horrible thing is membership is not canceled in the system and it keep charge my bank account.

Gets a bit crowded, small gym but nice equipment water fountains garbage (its a gym) -_- wish there was a dedicated deadlifting area but its whatever day care center for the kids : ) Its a nice, cheap gym i recommend it if you can look past these things

I am a student and I love coming to this gym on my breaks from school because it is very clean, never too crowded, and affordable. Highly recommend for people looking to workout but not trying to break the bank. Plus the staff is always friendly.

Love it! All the equipment is life fitness and hammer strength witch is the same stuff I was working out on before at my last gym and paying twice as much! They keep it clean and are always there to help if needed!

I love this gym! I joined with a friend and only have to pay $8/month...very affordable, clean, and never over-crowded! The management is very helpful too if you dont know how to work a machine.

Most of these are really old, all the machines and equipment have been taken care of in recent months. Great price for such a simple gym. Nothing crazy, so its great for just basic workout needs.

Pretty good, never too crowded pretty clean and affordable. Only issue is they only have one of each weight machine so if an elderly person is using it as a seat to rest on youre outta luck.
