24-7 Fitness is the perfect place for any age, any level of fitness. Aside from being open 24/7, what I really like about this gym is how attentive the owner is to customer needs. Whether its a piece if equipment or a suggestion for improving ambiance, Jason is open to new ideas and ways for doing things. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that isnt crowded at those peak times!
