DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING HERE!!!! Get your workout by running away from this place as fast as possible. Camdon is the swindler, con-man, trickster who runs the place. He has a very well-practiced routine that I’m sure he uses on everyone. He walks you through is little picture book and tells you about how this gym is different from everyone else. If you question him on anything he switches to a strong arm approach as well as other employees and minions surround you. It can be quite intimidating. So you agree to sign the 1-year contract via a little electronic signature pad and BOOM!!! Now you are in a 3-year contract with this place. When you sign this contract, it is with ABC Financial, which is possibly the most corrupt sleazy business in the history of businesses. You are required to send any kind of cancellation, or in my case cancel the auto renewal, via certified mail. The snail mail method just adds unnecessary complexity to the process of canceling to deter you from getting away. I also want to note that several of the staff are very rude/snotty when you ask for help with your contract. Everybody fitness points their finger at ABC Financial and ABC Financial points a finger at everybody fitness. In particular Amanda was very rude and would talk over me and essentially tell me that “it’s in the contract”, you know the contract that I was mislead and strong-armed into. Also they constantly ask you for your friends and families phone numbers. They are very strong armed in their approach to get these numbers. My wife and I had to block their phone number to keep them from calling us. These guys deserve prison, but everything is just barley within legal bounds so they get away with it.

I loved the gym when it was Premier Ladies Fitness. It was simple, straightforward, cheap, and I trusted the childcare staff. Trainers were really fun and very kind. In Dec 2016, new ownership took every bit of actual enjoyment from working out. They messed with the child care staff and hours, tripled the price, and removed the "Ladies" half of the gym. A gym doesnt need to be anything other than a place to sweat and lift heavy things, with hopefully enough room to do that with your friends. Check out the BBB complaints! Its embarrassing! They will lock you in to a ridiculous 3 year contract that you cant get out of and tack on fees they never told you about. DO NOT believe the hype or the banter. Do NOT take what they say to be true. Its not a "state of the art" facility. They are expecting you to give them your money and never actually use the facility. And when you DO actually use it, their customer service is horrendous. New manager is extremely offensive, especially to women. It takes a LOT for me to write a review, and Ive never had to write a negative one... If for some crazy reason you decide to join, pay in cash or check or they will add fees to your credit card. Do yourself the favor and READ the fine print beforehand and keep a copy of the contract.

I signed up to receive the 45 day free pass because my brother uses this gym and if I decided to go there I could work out with him. Wow was that a mistake! The GENERAL MANAGER texted me multiple times, the last time informing me that he would continue to text everyday, even multiple times until I could replied (they had because my phone number had to be given to get the trial pass), and when I texted to ask that they not text me because I had class and work, he became rude. Saying that I must not want the trial pass (which was supposed to be emailed to me, not signed up via text anyway). When I said I did but did not want to be texted and felt their attitude was unprofessional, they sent me a long text saying they always do this and it was my fault for putting my number down (It was mandatory!) and that most of the people they contact are professional. So hes calling me unprofessional for not being able to text at work, okay! After reading other reviews and hearing how they trap people by saying no contract then make you pay to leave and how they talk about all their customers, I am glad I did not sign up! I an thankful for them being the RUDEST people I have come in contact and deterring me from signing up for such an AWFUL place! I will go to a gym that respects its customers

I hsve been a member here for about a year. Everybody Fittness is an ok place to work out. There are always enough machines and always enough equipment so you dont have to wait on someone to be done with something for you to use it. If youre allowed to use it. Clean facilities. I dont understand though why youre not allowed to use things such as kettle bells and ropes unless you are paying for extra fitness classes. I feel like if youre going to use my semi annual "equipment fee" to buy more equipment, I should be allowed to use it. Otherwise, you arent using that extra money I pay on top of my membership fee how its supposed to be used. Dont spend my extra money to add equipment I have to pay More money to use. Lately you have been a lot less friendly than you used to be as well. None of the staff greets us anymore and no one even acknowledges our existence, coming or going. Not to mention the annoyed looks we get from instructors when we try to use the mats to work abs into our routine. Yeah you have a class going on but there is plenty of room for more people to be over here working out since there is nowhere else to do it.

If you like a small room with too many people and people who stand around and talk instead of working out youll love this place. Ive been going to this gym on and off for 2 years and as soon as my 3 year contract is up Im GONE. The staff are unfriendly and rude 99% of the time, the only time they are polite are when they are taking to potential customers. What a scam. Also, Dont give them your phone number because for some reason they think its OK to text you insistently. When the hand sanitizer runs out dont expect it to be filled even though you ask the owner. When a machine or bench pad gets cracked or very worn dont expect it to get replaced. Last year they added a personal training section that took away 1/4 of this already insanely small gym. This area is empty most of the time and normal paying customers are not allowed to use the equipment in that area. This place is horrible, please please please look else where for a gym. If this review stops just 1 person from joining than it was a success. SAVE YOURSELF RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The weight machines are good - I changed from the University of Dayton gym to this one because I liked the equipment better. However, the treadmills SUCK - the belts on some are not correctly calibrated, other treadmills vibrate at higher speeds (6.5 or 7.0 and above), and some of the belts skip and jerk (and some do all three). Plus, its usually REALLY hot and humid in there - its not a good place for cardio at all, although Ive yet to find a good place for cardio in Dayton. Ive been running for years (both on treadmills and outside) - I tried the treadmills here back in the summer of 2010 and just could not run on them, and now in recent weeks Ive tried again as my own treadmill is currently being repaired, and the treadmill issues are exactly the same, despite the fact that their treadmills cost much more than my own. Its incredibly frustrating for serious runners who like high speeds and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) - impossible. In sum - cardio sucks, weight machines are satisfactory.
