I was a member with this gym for over 6 months with no issue, until I tried canceling my membership due to my moving. I sent the cancellation letter within 30 days, but they still tried to charge my card. I called and they were completely unreasonable saying the letter had arrived 1 day late and that if they showed decent customer service and waived the day for me then they would have to do it for others. When I asked to speak to the owner they said they would not give me their information and they would decide to call me back or not. Do not join this gym unless you want your money taken from you based on a perceived contract technicality. Terrible customer service.

I just have to say when I first started working out at this gym it was only getting on the treadmill. Then they started having classes i have been doing the classes for 3 years or longer and I have to say Im in better shape now than when I was younger. The classes are anything from cardio to weights we have fun but at the same time we work really hard. The two trainers Chris and Erik do a great job . The staff and Alex are very friendly here they dont hesitate to answer any questions you may have . If you want a great friendly no judgment gym this is where you should be Come try them out To great health Christy Baxter

For the money...Its hard to beat this gym! I regularly workout at the Fayetteville location and have been very pleased. The place stays clean and they have all of the equipment that I need. Although I do not pay for personal training, the staff seems to do a great job and are always training members both young and old. The other members are great as well...most are very friendly and willing to wipe down the equipment when finished with it. Other perks...24 hour access, a shower, and free wifi. Ill be a member here forever!

Results Fitness is a very friendly and comforting environment. I have been a member for a few years and I also take the training classes which I love. The classroom settings are great and Chris is always motivating us to do more and better. He really does care about our well being and making sure we do not get hurt during our workouts. While most gyms are all about the money Results Fitness is different, I would definitely recommend the gym to others because I feel like the staff genuinely cares.

Ive been a member here since 2012 and I love it here. Chris and Alex are great trainers and have helped me a lot with my goals. They are always willing to answer any questions I have, and the gym has everything you need. Its 24hr access, which is great for me cause my work schedule is crazy sometimes. I definitely recommend coming here to anyone who likes a genuine and friendly environment

Results Fitness is an Awesome place to work out! The staff are friendly and helpful. The trainers are very knowledgeable when it comes to health, nutrition, and fitness. Christopher Lewis is an Awesome trainer Ladies...for those of you that are looking for training!!! The best part is that there isnt a wait to use the equipment! Very Family Oriented!! Results fitness is THE BEST gym i have ever gone to! Hands down! Ive been to LA fitness, golds gym, life fitness, and planet fitness and none are like results! Bad business all around. The owner doesnt take the time to call members that requested a call and was promised a call. When its time to hit the gym again, I will not waste a dime with this place! Pay the extra money and go to Golds!
