With the new coaching and programming we are reaching our goals. That has allowed us to participate in the coolest part about CFLG. Almost every weekend some group will get together and do something from hiking, trail running, caving, or even white water rafting. The family dynamic at the gym, is a tight bunch. Everyone is welcome to come join our family.

This has been my home gym for 4 years now. The first day we tried this CrossFit box out, we were hooked. Nice gym, great owner, AWESOME trainers, and a tight nit family. There are all different levels of athletes in the box so come at whatever level you think your on because you will fit in and you will be cheered on!
