To be fair, I have not been in this gym, however I tried to go. To anyone who has either never been to a gym before, or is looking to change gyms, I would beware of any gym with a 3 minute speech they must give before being willing to answer any questions when you call them. I would also beware of any gym that has no trial period, instead opting for a 20 dollar day pass. Unless you are prepared with a checklist, it is nearly impossible to confirm the gym in question will have all the equipment, amenities and is the right fit for you in a single workout/tour. I am saying all of this, because they very specifically touted themselves as a gym for people who havent gone to a gym before. If you have never gone to a gym before, dont start with one that is more eager to take your money than to answer basic questions.

One thing I look for in any facility I visit is the presence of the leadership within that facility. I have to say, I have been thoroughly impressed with Linda, and her team. The methodical means by which they maintain the upkeep in the facility is awesome. It is one thing to see a manager delegate responsibility, but I have walked in many a day to see Linda bent over wiping the treadmills, cleaning the bathrooms, etc. In addition, she sets the tone for the cordial, professional of her staff. The are very attentive to whomever enters or exits the door. To have a representative greet you is nice, but to know you will hear, Have a nice day." as you exit is truly something special. Kudos to the Snellville team for creating a clean, friendly, positive environment.

I am a black cand member and have been for almost a year. I was in the neighborhood and saw this new location. I went to walk to the black card member spa area when I was run down by an employee and told that I "couldnt just walk in over here". I explained to this rude individual that I only wanted to see, lookl at the area. I was then asked to sign in for a tour.. who the hell wants to sign I. For an unforgettable needed tour. You seen one planet fitness youve seen them all. I only wanted to see the "spa" area. I will stay at the Rockbridge location. No thanks rudeness!!

I love this gym. When I walk in I feel like the employees are happy to see me BC they are always smiling and move with a sense of urgency to help with my needs. I love the music. Everyone is doing their own thing and its great to see different types of people because it can be intimidating to workout with people who are fitness gurus. I love how there are separate rooms to workout various parts of the body, it feels semi private in a way. It is also very clean and the members are making sure to clean off the equipment the majority of the time. I love this gym .

I hate this gym company. If i would have known what I know now about the "supplemental fees" and charges on my account, I would have signed up for a better gym like L.A. fitness. This gym is not worth all these extra charges. Mistakes have been charged on my account, and there is no one that I am able to call or get in contact with to resolve the issue. This is ridiculous, and I definitely will not be joining this gym anytime soon.

I came in yesterday VERY excited to become a black card member. This is the best gym ever! There are so many benefits. I couldnt believe it. BUT, the ONLY form of payment is by having your checking account on file. NO other option. No credit card, no cash (I even offered to pay a FULL year), no 1 time authorization...so, this is shady to me. I wont learn the hard way ... no matter how bad I want to join. How disappointing...

Pros: The staff is GREAT, they always welcome the guest and make them feel like theyre glad their there, also the locker rooms are ALWAYS clean and they take the initiative to make sure there are no LUNKS lol Cons: They dont have scales for people to know what their starting weight is and the progress they have made. They also only have one decline bench that I can never find when I need it.

Hands down the best gym I have ever been too! I have been to La Fitness and Fitness 19 in the past. PF is always clean, people are friendly and most importantly the showers and bathrooms are IMMACULATE. Best 10 dollars a month I have ever spent. La Fitness was 40 bucks a month but the machines were always broken. I will be a member of the Snellville PF location forever.

Nice gym! Good truck parking out back, nuce locker rooms with hot showers, my favorite ab machine, leg sled, level four stand-up tanning beds plus Affinity 500s...and full length mirrors and a machine with headphones quest bars etc in locker rooms that takes credit cards...very clean and with friendly staff...great job Snellville!

I wish the staff was more professional. In the middle of trying to resolve a billing/ cancellation problem, Nicole hung up on me. I assumed that i was disconnected but when i rang back less than 30 seconds later it was a busy signal. I think i may have offended her because i said i want to cancel my membership. Smh....

Great gym....close to my home... inexpensive.....just wish weekend hours were better. I work a lot on the weekend and you would think that would be a time they had long hours but the are short which means Friday, Saturday and Sunday I loose valuable gym days. This makes me not very happy.

This is the worst gym ive ever been too in my life if you can even consider it a gym. First of all lets see you cant bring a water jug in. You cant push your self and make noise? Everyone is rude as hell. The water in the fountains is hot

Great gym And the staff is amazing! I work out at the Snellville location at night and the gym may have 4-5 other people in it. Its clean and safe. I just wish they had more free weights. But, you cant beat $10 a month for what you get.

Why require bank account/routing account if I am willing to pay 12 months up front. I found this to be deceptive. I end up signing up $24.99 a month LA Fit access all gyms in atlanta. NO Bank ACC or Routing required.

Started at this location in February and my husband and I have really enjoyed it. It is clean, the staff is always friendly, equipment is always maintained, all around has been a great experience so far.

Its a great gym very affordable, 20 bucks a month, you can go to any gym, get massages, and tans...honestly if anyone complains about 20 dollars, they are just plain cheap and need to go run in the park.

Browns Services

I needed a gym close to home and 24/hrs. Snellville PF is spacious and has all the machines you need to get in or stay in shape. The gym as well as the restrooms are well kept. Def worth the money.
