The Total Athlete Sports Complex is an excellent professional family establishment that I would recommend anyone one to be a part of. The staff is pleasant and caring. They really care about every persons development in making sure they meet the goals they aspire to reach. The training is impeccable, as the skills that you and/or your child receives are from the guidance of a professional athlete. Not only is the leader of the facility a gentle giant with his staff and clientele he also assert himself the same in his personal life with his wife and children. I personally appreciate this facility, the staff, the trainers and the owner Mr. Dwight Johnson for bringing such a classy, yet fun establishment to the Henry County area. I do hope many individuals will get the chance to be apart of such a wonderful experience as my son and I have had the honor of being apart of the Complex!!! Angelic Muhammad

Me and my families experience at Total Athlete Sports Complex has been awesome and very successful. The training both on and off the field has made a tremendous impact on my boys which in turn helped me as a single mother. The coaching that Mr. Johnson and his staff gave to my boys has caused them to excel in sports, conduct, and character. One of my boys has went on to become a successful football player (leader) as well as excelling academically. A big thanks to Mr. Johnson and staff of Total Athlete!

Anyone in, near, around or that knows where McDonough, GA is, needs to check out Total Athlete!!! Middle school and high school athletes should definitely be going to see Dwight Johnson! He knows what it takes to get your kids ready to compete at every level. No doubt in my mind that Total Athlete was a huge reason that my son was ready for college ball. Outstanding facilities and even better Trainers. They truly care about their athletes.

Big thanks to Dwight and Calvin for helping my son, Justin become a better student athlete. Justin has gotten better and better eac week. Yesterday, Justin won the VTO ELITE 100 Camp Mo Collins Award for overall camp MVP AND an invite to a Rival Camp in Kansas City, Missouri. Justin and I cant thank Total Athlete enough.

Best job i ever had and the best work/ gym environment ever. Its a positive place with a boss (Dwight Johnson) that actually cares. Great place to get you in shape and disciplined. Hard work beats talent when talent doesnt work hard. Dont believe it? Work out at this place and you will reap the benefits

LOVE LOVE LOVE Total Athlete and all that they stand for. My son has participated in their summer program for the last 4 summers and loves going back. I highly recommend them not just for the summer program but the adult programs throughout the year as well!!!
