Wow, this group is great! They offer a wide variety of classes; IE. cardio kickboxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, boxing, mma, muay thai, yoga...there is even a CrossFit. No matter what your age, schedule, or skill level, classes are available early morning till late evening. What made me feel so comfortable was the friendly atmosphere. You always receive a smile and a friendly greeting from all the staff. I have two children in the bjj class, what a difference it has made in their confidence and discipline. Their coaches are truly interested in all the students development for the sport, and there attitudes towards sportsmanship. The same can be said for the other coaches I have observed teaching the kids boxing class. It is a fun place for all, I see parents doing CrossFit, or cardio kickboxing while their kids are doing bjj, mma, and boxing. There is also a seating area to wait for the kids during their class. If you are looking for a place to get your kids involved in something good, or just trying to get in shape yourself this is the place. BTW there are professional fighters who coach and train here, most importantly there are no egos.

Excellent facility. We have two children, ages 6 and 10, enrolled in jiu jitsu. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Super helpful and friendly staff. I have watched many other classes and all are taught with passion and enthusiasm. Every member of Team Independent staff is upbeat and positive, with an amazing attitude. Your money is well spent here, and stays local!

I have been training jiu jitsu here for a few years. Awesome facility, staff and teammates. I get the best workouts and keeps me motivated and in shape. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

Waste of time. Never got paid attention to, waited for a scheduled class that never happened. I wouldnt recommend if you plan on learning anything.
