I visited this gym last night for the first time since their grand opening in June 2016. I was beyond impressed not only by its great choice of location but all the amenities it offers its members: brand new, cutting edge equipment, upscale, inviting decor, and a variety of equipment sure to fulfill any type of fitness lover. I also loved the convenience l: (1) that its close to my house and (2) that its open 24 hrs a day so itll work with anyones busy schedule giving each member no excuses not to workout. In addition the owner, Tom Green, not only truly cares about his patrons but honestly wants to help them make fitness a lifestyle. He enjoys helping people find a routine that revolves around their lifestyle, not a fad diet or short lived change that passes as fast as time does. He wants to help people feel good about themselves and meet their individualized goals (whether it be finding their perfect body that theyve either always dreamed of, wanted, or used to have and lost for whatever reason). He wants each of his members to be proud of their bodies and be educated enough to make the best health and lifestyle choices in their daily lives. This gym offers a variety of high tech machines, customizable workout classes that will fit anyones schedule, and a caring, knowledgeable staff always ready to lend a hand when needed. It even offers the use of a Hydromassage machine as a reward to help relax your body and muscles after a tough workout. This is by far hands down one of the best gyms Ive ever been too and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to work toward becoming a healthier and happier version of themselves in the future!

Best gym hands down. Ive lived in area , Johns Creek, for many years. In the past its at least a 10-15 minute drive to a good gym. I hate to spend my work out time driving, looking for parking and getting into the facility. A good 60 minutes out of my workout time on a regular basis. Thus my preference for gyms that have the higher end equipment, cleanliness and professional staff. This is your gym and am excited they have come to the southeast side of Johns Creek to offer all this. Other gyms in the area did not have this quality. Past gyms have been not kept up to par and the pricing here is right on for the great location and facility.

Ive been a member for about 9 months. This is my favorite gym to train in.Clean,safe and most importantly its not crazy busy during those times you would expect like just after work. Business seems to spread out thru the day. No waiting to use some piece of equipment. The owner is always asking if there is some piece of equipment we want. 2 squat racks and dumbbells up to 120lb. Also he has 2 pieces of equipment I dont see in other gyms, hex bar and safety squat bar for beginners. Too cool

Clean gym, with very good distribution of machines and free weights. I like the alternate exercises available as well, such as the two heavy bags, medicine ball bounce back, and the studio with pre-recorded cardio workouts available even late at night. I have yet to take any of the free classes, but once I can schedule it, I like the fact that it is part of my membership.

Just visited today. The owner Tom is extremely nice and gave me the grand tour. Let me say - this place is on the forefront of technology combined with fitness equipment. Theyve got all the basic necessities AND THEN SOME. Ive been a member of many gyms and i was thoroughly impressed. Highly recommend you check it out.

Great gym! The place is consistently clean and there are plenty of machines to use when working out. The class offerings are growing and the technology is modern. Theres 3 bathrooms (that are always clean!) that include showers. Hand-towels are provided as well as a charging station for your phones.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! And the Gym is always spotless and clean! The equipment is all new, and has relevant equipment for the new and trending workouts(I.e.TRX) The gym is a great size and laid out for any type of activity you could be interested in! I would recommend to all!

This gym is awesome! The owner is very nice and keeps the gym very clean! All of the equipment is high quality and brand new. I have been to many different types of gyms around the area and this one by far has exceeded my expectations! I would definitely give it a try!!
