The customer service here is absolutely horrible. In particular there is an associate by the name of Charles who acts like he has a Napoleon complex and is ALWAYS VERY arrogant and rude. In one of many particular situations, he told my mother (the other p.o. box holder) in reference to me, to never send a child to do a womans work. First and foremost, I am an adult. Secondly, I cannot believe he even had the audacity to make a statement like that. For him to be so bold as to say something like that, lets me know that he has gotten away with saying rude things to customers many times. I have even stood in line and watched how ill he treated other customers. It took me filing a complaint through the 1800 number to really even get anywhere. Even then, the postmaster of this post office was assigned to handle the case and she was very lax in doing so. In fact, I had to call the 1800 number again because I never received a follow up from her. When I finally got a hold of her, she claimed she called me. She also went on to say that she didnt think it was a valid number because of the area code (I left my cell number as the point of contact). That truly is a poor excuse not to call a number. Why would I file a complaint and then give a false number?!?! Anyway, I never had a missed call or message from her. She stated that she would handle the situation. Quite frankly I dont believe her, because when another incident occurred between Charles and a family member, she (the postmaster) stood in the back watching and listening the whole time and did absolutely NOTHING. I ended up moving my p.o. box to another post office where the service and postal attendants are much more professional. Avoid this place like the plague, it is NOT worth the headache. PS, there is also another younger woman who acts like it is a burden to even work there. Quite frankly that whole post office needs an employee overhaul and replacement. If google would have allowed it, I would have given the Rex USPS location ZERO STARS

The most nasty service ever....im call the news people on them. They have not delivery my bank card & I had to reorder my card all because I didnt receive it in the mail. Next problem they keep giving me other people mail from the street over. Next problem important paperwork came 3weeks after it suppose been delivered & I loss the important deal all because I didnt receive my mail on time. Now I order a package & my tracking order say they delivery it & once again I dont see sh** in my mailbox & I am piss!!! Somebody better find my package

Charles at the counter was extremely rude and confrontational. This is the second incident Ive had with the same person. They need to fire him before somebody gets hurt.
