The Clarkston Post office is located in a diverse community known for having a high concentration of immigrants.The staff is team oriented and work well together. They are also extremely courteous, helpful, accommodating and community friendly. The residents speak many languages and the postal workers treat each one with individual care and kindness. Even if this sometimes causes a delay, the service is well worth it. Besides, they are still faster than the PO in downtown Decatur. I really appreciate the staff and I wanted to take time to let them, the USPS Survey Team and the WorldWideWeb know that I believe our residents who are from around the world has on of the best post offices in the world. Thank you!!

I order ink cartridges on eBay .Got the email delivered when I checked my mailbox it was not there.Driver put on wrong address when I reached mailbox i found my named envelope on trash somebody already took it .it was terrible this is not first time couple of month ago I order shirts driver put in wrong address l was Lucky that that was my neighbor she saw my name and address and bring it to me .

I go there every now and then JUST because its close to work. The workers there are OOOOKKKK, they dont work as fast as they "should". I am not too fond of colored weaves they wear on their head- its not professional, shiny nail polish on 3 inch fingernails- is a big no no. But I dont have much choice. USPS hires those kind of people that have "slower/lower" work ethics.

Literally the worst usps in America no joke, nothing ever comes on time the people are all rude and lazy, had priority shipping guarantees delivery 1-3 days, still havent received it 5 days later and it says out for delivery but they not doing nothing up there, thats terrible, when shipping through them or received expect to receive package 2-3 days past the maximum days

I wish the United States post office would update these outdated post office period because theyre out of date with no kiosk it seems like only in the predominantly white area that the post office are kept up and maintained very well and I wish they stay open a little later in some areas like to 9 or 8 on certain days

Rude! No customer service. The guy who was working in front was very load and disrespectful to others. Just because all of their customers are not American or not great in English doesnt mean that you can be load and mean to them.
