One of my packages is labeled as "delivered" for over a week now online, and I have been calling the post office daily to try to talk to my carrier. Each time I am told that my information has been given to some supervisor and that I will be contacted soon, and yet I keep calling back to no avail. No one knows whats going on with my package or the status of my situation. Im mad at myself for not asking for names each time Ive called because I would love nothing more than to call these government employees out by name in this review, but when I call tomorrow... for the 6th time, I will start taking names. Today was the final straw, however. Whoever was working between 2-3pm answered my phone call and proceeded to chat with someone repeatedly interrupting me. She didnt take down my information, didnt provide me with any customer service at all whatsoever, and told me that I need to call in the morning because she cant do anything for me in the afternoon. She wouldnt let me get a word in, wouldnt let me tell her that Ive talked to someone about this previously and wouldnt answer any of my questions. She was clearly trying to get me off the phone without having to do anything. Worst customer service Ive experienced in my entire life. And I still dont have the package that contains a gift for my friend whose birthday was over a week ago now.

This has to be the absolute worst post office in America. They have shown me incompetence on so many levels. Numerous times Ive ordered a package, and WATCHED the obese postal worker drive past my house after leaving an "attempted delivery" letter in my mailbox! I dont think its my responsibility to drive 20 minutes to the post office just because the mailwoman was too fat to get off her van! To top things off they recently lost a package of mine. Either the fat woman threw my package in the wrong mailbox, or simply stole my package for her keeping. Oh, and dont even bother walking into this post office with any issues. They are incredibly rude and simply throw their hands in the air and say "not our problem". Regardless, I am in the process of filing a formal complaint against this post office.

Today, I went to the Webb Bridge 30005 location to pick up a Signature Required package at 8:34am. Gloria Daniels was the only one working up front. I witness her professionalism during my 50 minutes wait (not her fault). She handled the constant stream of incoming customers (including some rude ones) quickly (average 2-3 minutes wait) and efficiently (serving 2-4 customers at once) without losing focus on any of the multiple customers that she was serving in parallel, and she consistently exhibit politeness and professionalism, with a smile. I have seen a lot of good customer service personnel, but her performance is way above and beyond average even when under stress. I congratulate USPS for having Gloria. To say that she is outstanding is an understatement.

I ordered a Sandisk USB thumb drive from Amazon. Two days later I got an email saying USPS attempted to deliver my item but couldnt and they left me a notice. This is a complete lie. There was no notice left, I looked everywhere. For Gods sake, it is a USB thumb drive, a tiny item, not a huge item they needed to wait for my signature or something. Yet, the post lady lied. She has been left my Amazon boxes in front of my garage door all the time, even my front door is 10 steps away and could provide a cover for box from stealing because everybody can see the box on my drive way. I complained this 2-3 times in the past, nothing has changed from this station. This station has been under bad management and no organization , no customer service.

If you need to get a passport its ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to get one. I went to the post office to make an appointment (even though this is not listed on the website) and they wouldnt take me. They said to call some number on a door. I called the number on the door from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM every 5 minutes and it was busy. I then finally got a hold of the post office and they said the women was at lunch at 2:00 PM and that she would be back at 2:30. I then called at 2:30 and the post office said that the passport lady who makes appointments is gone for the day. This is inefficient and enraging and my tax payer dollars are going to this. I had a terrible experience. Too bad UPS cant do passports but they are a private company.

First of all, the people at this post office are very rude to their customers. I spoke to a clerk and a supervisor about a piece of lost mail and both of them made it seem like it was my fault the mail was lost. No one can find the package and they want to blame it on a sub that was delivering that route. There should be some type of training for these subs because there is no excuse for mail to be lost because the people delivering it do not know how to do their job. If I could give this post office negative stars I would. My father is a mailman so I know what good service looks like and this post office should be shut down.

This is a complaint about the delivery of my correspondente in past montes. I live in a townhome Ita 10900 wittenridge Drive and periodically the postman has been delivering my correspondence in somebody Elses mailbox as well as putting in my mailbox correspondence from different neighbors, Yesterday a neighbor brought to me a package and 4 envelopes addressed to me and placed in his Mailbox. As far as I know it is against the law to open mailbox that does not belong to myself. So, this mistake Is very serious and I ask this Post Office to take an action to correct it, Thank you,

This place is completely hit or miss but more often miss. I spent over 100 dollars on merchandise. I literally live down the street and they delivered my package to someone else and now all that merchandise is gone because it was on sale. Thanks USPS! They dont even know their routes! When I called she said they dont deliver to bluegrass and I said that it was their zip code and all the sudden she knew. I really wish you could avoid using USPS all together because its complete incompetency. Lets see how much more mail they deliver to other people so that people can enjoy my things.

I would fire this Post Office Manager. The people working at the counter are usually very helpful but the times that I have seen this manager interacting with customers she has been short of any customer skills set. Further when I called to complain that twice my Bank sent the bank card to my business and that I never received them, even though I receive other bank communication, she hang up the call - Hence I was polite but not accepting her excuses that was a bank error. I am extremely disappointed with USPS PO Box services to business. Unreliable.

This is really the most pathetic excuse of a post office Ive ever seen. The postal worker is absolutely incompetent and has lost many of my packages. When attempting to contact them, nobody responds. If you go in to the store, they just throw their hands in the air and say "well look for it". Ive literally seen the guy drive around my neighborhood, mark my package as "delivered", and then not deliver the package! Upon complaining Id receive the package a week later. How ridiculous is that? The worst part is nobody is accountable at USPS.
