I receive frequent shipments from over seas, since I am seldom at home my carrier does not bring my boxes out on his regular rounds. On more than two occasions he has personally brought my packages to my door in his own vehicle and maybe on his own time. Another time I was in the branch arguing with one of the counter ladies who insisted that I did not have a package there even though I showed her the tracking number. She would not even go look until this same manager appeared from the back with my packages in hand. The lady at the counter is why the postal service is going broke and if it can be saved it will be by the efforts and attitudes of workers like this manager. I dont know his name but he is young, is well dressed and has a shaved head. He understands business.

They apparently have idiots working the section that loads the mail peoples vehicles. They are constantly putting our packages on the wrong trucks. I of course receive text updates every time our packages get scanned. It says out for delivery and never shows up. Then about 1-2 hours or more after they close I will get a text saying tried to deliver left notice or mailbox was blocked when no one has showed up to even attempt. Need some major updating!!!!

Answered on the first ring. Very polite. Personally checked my complaint while I was on the phone, and returned promptly. Assured me that the carrier would deliver all our mail today. However, they do need to train their substitute mail carriers better. Or perhaps provide them with printed directions when they are delivering to areas that carrier is unfamiliar with. I would not have called if we had received our business mail yesterday.

Horrible postal service. Days go without mail delivery. Rude when you speak to them, the excuses are blocked drive, yet drive is not blocked that often (a family member has a handicap tag in car and the bumper sticks out 2 ft from edge of drive 2 a month) horrible service- need to fire the person who delivers in Jefferson Township.

They rarely EVER answer the phone. Anytime i call i either get no answer or some one picks up then hangs right up.
