The service from the staff when I come to the desk is fine. Unfortunately, my packages for my P.O box are routinely neglected to be given to me. Often I do not even get the slip of paper in my mailbox that tells me I need to come to the counter to get my package. They have bigger boxes here that they will put your package in if it is too big for your mailbox. They just put a key in your mailbox and you can get your package at any time. For some reason they just leave my packages back there and dont put them in my box. I work a day job and cant come here during normal hours to request my packages from the desk every day. I spoke to people multiple times and left notes asking for them to help me with this, but someone back there is just very incompetent. I have no choice but to cancel my P.O box.

This location is absolute garbage. Since August of 2015, Ive had approximately 11 packages not receive a proper acceptance scan, even when scanned at the counter. Four of these packages actually sat at this location for longer than two weeks. Two in particular were brought out to me by a clerk who looked for them after 17 days of no updates at all. Currently, three of my packages have not had any updates, even an acceptance scan, after a week. I run a business online, I cannot afford to continue refunding customers because of this crappy location. I will begin taking my business elsewhere unless this scanning issue is fixed, as well as holding my packages. Why are my items simply sitting in the back office??

I have had problem after problem with this location and carriers. Today my mail was rendered illegible because the carrier left the mailbox open (AGAIN) and it was raining torrentially. Ive called and gone to the office with problems since we moved here, but it looks like this may be the most poorly managed post office Ive ever seen. I cant get anyone to answer the phone today, so heres hoping that another poor internet review will get someones attention.

Got there ten minutes before they closed. I had to send some mail certified, they didnt have a pen out in the lobby so I waited until I got to the desk to fill them out which I offered to do real quick and the gentleman refused to do them because they had closed. I said that doesnt seem right I got here before you guys closed I just need to fill these slips out real quick. He vehemently continued to refused. Absolute laziness at its finest.

Ive seen the staff put up with some SERIOUS Jerks, (One guy went ballistic because they were out of collector stamps,.. like they can control the fact that someone else just bought a LOT of stamps earlier). I use this post office regularly and Ive never had a negative experience, always a lunch rush, but thats any post office.

They ripped a hole in my package and the item was so small it easily would have fell out. Also I had a incident where lightening destroyed my door bell and the mail carrier argued saying they tried to deliver it when they never knocked. You should never argue with customers, they pay your salary.

Karen K. is the best!! She was so helpful with my boyfriends passport application, and even finished processing it after normal hours because we had to run and get a renewed license. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Great experience!

bad experience. USPS (Deliver People) are thinking that they are smart enough but they dont know they are not. please leave all the documents and packages with the address not the name on it.

The guy I talked to was a complete asshole . Acted like he had no time to help me, and rushed me off the phone . Pretty much just said Im screwed and hung up . Worst post office ever .
