THIEVES! I drop priority mail at this location all the time. The ONE TIME I mail a MONEY ORDER for over $400 it goes missing. The USPS CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I drop off Priority Mail packages for customers almost every day. I drop them off between 7 and 8 am and they arent shipped until midnight or the next day. For the most part the people who work there seem pretty unhappy at all times. They are abnormally slow; i.e. they work as slow as possible on purpose. I ring the bell and I can literally hear someone standing on the other side but they make you wait and wait. I wish I could use UPS or FedEx but I dont have a choice. I can see why the USPS operates at a loss. They dont care about their customers at all.

I watched as the carrier (female) pull up to my house to drop off my package, she sat for a minute or so and then left. A few moments later, I got a message saying my package was delivered and was in my mailbox. Well, NO it wasnt. Not in my box, not at my door. Since the USPS is closed on Sundays, there is nothing I can do about it until tomorrow. I did notify the company I made my purchase from so they are also going to be finding out what she did with my package. Until then, I really hope this wasnt a case of theft. I hope she simply scanned it and set it down and forgot to put it in my mailbox. Either way, NOT happy about it.

Spent 1 hour and 25 min waiting on phone . I was at home when a certified letter was delivered. They claimed to have knocked on the door but that is not true. I went out to walk my dog and saw the note tapped to my door saying I can try for redeliver tomorrow but i work and am not able to be home or pick up from post office before they close. They said sorry there is nothing they can do and will have to send the itemback to sender. Very poor customer service, very poor.

I came here today under the impression because the website AND the hours on the door state 8:30am. It is 9am. No one is answering the phones AND the doors are locked to even get into the lobby. Im fuming. Now I have to backtrack to krogers to buy stamps and back to the post office to mail a letter. Get it together. If you cant open at the times stated then change it to whatever you can manage.

Just spoke with Katie in order to help resolve an issue. She was extremely kind, patient and very, very helpful. I even felt she went out of her way to try and help me. It was breath of fresh air today as I was trying to locate medication that had been lost in transit. Thank you, Katie!

I use the Maineville Post Office at least once a day and they are the most helpful, kind and patient people in the business. True professionals, they keep their cool no matter what! Thanks USPS for having folks like Linda, Mark and Rebecca!

Quick service, friendly staff. 3 stars only because there is no stamp machine in the lobby where you can buy stamps when the main lobby is closed.
