BEWARE!!!!!! COMPLETE LACK OF HUMANITY. This automotive shop should be ashamed of itself. I previously wrote a pretty positive review, only to have to go back on everything I said. I purchased a vehicle from GLA about a week ago. They were pretty helpful and I genuinely had no complaints. They tried to work with me as much as they could. However, it all took a turn for the worse. Apparently, there was a discrepancy between the finance company and the dealership regarding numbers (vehicle priced to high and the income was doubled) The income they put was mine and my fiancees together, however come to find out they didnt actually put him as a cosigner. I had to personally call the finance company myself to find out that the reason there was a number issue was due to the application being submitted wrong and that they needed GLA to fix the numbers and apparently that is not something that was possible. The discrepancy isnt really the issue, yes it was completely unprofessional considering I have been driving the vehicle for a week prior to this happening, but what happens next really shows the true colors of the dealership. I get a phone call from GLA (Selena I believe her name is who sits in the front) stating that she needed me to come sign a piece of paper and that she wanted to do a complimentary oil change on my vehicle that they forgot to do last week. Cool. They close at 6, with my work schedule I had to leave work an hour early to get it done. No biggie. AND THEN IT BEGINS. I walk in, she asks for my keys to start the oil change, I give them to her and as soon as my car is no longer in sign, ARLENE (by far the rudest person you will ever meet) comes out from her office and says "Shannon I have some bad news your not going to like" THIS is when they finally decide to tell me about the finance issues and how they are going to have to take the car back unless I more than DOUBLE my payment. COMPLETE LACK OF HUMANITY. So here I am, at the car shop, car full of normal things (laptop, gym bag, ,lunch bag, cords and all the essentials) being told I have to leave the car and get my belongings. I guess they watch to much Lizard Lick, because this did not have to go down the way it did. The car had a GPS and also they had all my information, what was I going to do, not return the car?? I am not a criminal (however I am sure these people are) so maybe that is their logic. All that had to be said was that there was an issue with the financing that needed to be worked out and that I may possibly of needed to return the car... cool. At least would have given me the chance to drop my belongings home and be prepared to leave the car if needed and also have a ride. But no, you lure me into your shop with LIES AND TRICKS and then leave me to gather my belongings at 6pm and catch an uber home. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. You always have the choice to go about business the right way and do things the way you would want someone to do them to you and they DEFINITELY FAILED at that. I had nothing bad to say about them, but after that, it shows what kind of business they do. Mark, seems like the only stand up person in the place.. however he is on the mechanical side. Nothing bad to say about him, super friendly and inviting. If only the rest of the staff took some notes. Dont waste your time. Then again, I should of known better when the salesman (Mendhi) told me while I was purchasing the vehicle how the company is being sued because he crashed a car with a client in it during a test drive. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE PLACE YOU WILL EVER VISIT.

It was a beautiful tuesday morning in Atlanta. I am driving to an appoitment at 6 a.m. I reach exit 5 on GA 400, then disaster. I look at my instrument cluster on my BMW 740il and see that my battery light came and the engine temp was rising, I quickly pull over. i must make my appoittement so I walk 4 miles in a three piece suit to my appoitment. After my appoitment I am walking back to my car, now about 10a.m. I call a great friend of mine Mark, who puts me in touch with Mark at F1. Mark at F1 was very helpful he put me in touch with their recommended tow driver, and wishes me luck. The tow driver shows within 35 mins, great recommendation, we arrive at F1 around noon. There they had some water for my thirst. I am introduced to Mark and he tells me the solution, water pump replacement along with pullies and belts. I leave and Mark stays in great contact with me over the next day with keeping me informed on the status of the repair. I arrive to pick up my car and introduced to Zach, Owner, who runs a wonderful shop. I am surprised to see that my car is detailed, the rims are cleaner than I can get them. We complete the transaction by all three, Zach, Mark, and Myself with a cup of coffee and of course me paying the bill. Wonderful experience. - No one likes to have car troubles, these guys and their ENTIRE TEAM made me feel welcome and well accomadated, some hotels could learn a thing or two from these guys. I TRUST THEM WITH MY CAR!!!

Key points leading me to rate this place so badly 1. There was a delay in the turnover for my vehicle I dropped it off Wednesday morning 9 am and picked it up Monday at 6pm after I kept in constant contact whth the tech to let him know when Id be taking my vehicle in. I was told they had to order my bumper.. okay, if it had to be ordered why wasnt I told..? I wouldnt have mind leaving a deposit for it if it meant my vehicle would be worked on in a timely manner. 2. When I recieved my vehicle it was very dirty..! It looked like someone had tried to clean the inside which a dirty wet rag..! Seriously..!? My vehicle is 2016 4 months since I bought is how dirty could it have been.. they didnt have to go over clean parts with a wet rag only to leave filthy water spots on the interior. 3. If they needed my trunk to be emptied they could have just told me instead of emptying it out themselves and sticking everything in bags except my laptop. I had a really old laptop in my trunk that needed to be backed up and the charger was there when I received my car but not the laptop. I know for sure the laptop was there. Because I was trying to take it somewhere to get backed up I just hadnt had the time to and the laptop will not hold a charge so it needs the charger.. I went to this place bc of the great reviews but I will definitely not be recommending it ..!

Top notch service start to finish. Zack bent over backwards to help me after I got into an accident and the ins co wanted to total my car. They would not pay for the tow after their "appraiser" totaled my car and of course they had towed it to BFE. I didnt have much time because of course the insurance co was going to terminate the car rental. Zack handled the tow to his shop and offered to loan me a car temporarily if I needed it. How nice is that?? After looking at the car, his estimate was about 5K less than the appraisers. He called the appraiser and spoke with him and the appraiser amended his report. The car was repaired in a timely manner and looked brand new. Zack also referred me to an independent appraiser to help me with my diminished value claim. The insurance co was trying to give me $454, which was ridiculous. After working with the independent appraiser, I ended up getting a check for $3250. In as much as dealing with the insurance company was a total headache, dealing with GA Luxury Automotive was a dream. If you get into an accident, this is where you want to get your car repaired. The customer service and workmanship is unrivaled. You will not be disappointed!
