Extremely unhappy with the service I received at ABRA Auto Body. The insurance company, recommend that I take my vehicle here to get an inspection and repairs. Not only did the not communicate with me for the entire two weeks that they had my vehicle, they also claimed the maximum amount of damages, when I really only needed my bumper replaced. Because of this they deemed my vehicle a total loss, even though its 100% drivable and now only missing a bumper. So because of all of this I am now having to get a salvage title on my vehicle, which has become complete hassle and inconvenience. I wish I would have never even made an insurance claim and I would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle to ABRA. They are linked directly with the insurance companies and they are trying to make the very maximum amount of money that they can.

My car was sent here after an auto accident. I thought everything was great, 5 stars, until I got my car back after the repairs. My tail lights were not replaced after a rear end collision as well as the fact that I was missing items from my car. When called about this issue I was told that there was no room for my car to be repaired again so I should replace the damaged parts myself and that they would look into my missing items but that there was probably nothing they could do about it. I called back many times to get a status update about my belonging and there was no sense of urgency or sense that they even cared about what had happened. I will not be using this company ever again for my car repairs.

I selected one star, because I had to in order to make this post. Abra does not even deserve a star. I spoke with Shan at Abra, after the insurance company recommended them. When I was speaking with Abra, I got the feeling that I was inconveniencing them. I am not sure they know part of their business is customer service. After the horrible experience, I decided to take our vehicle to another location, which did listen and work with us to get the process started to have our vehicle repaired. They even thanked us for our business. This is true customer service.

I was not pleased with my trip to abra to fix my car. My air conditioner was giving me problems and after i went to get it fixed everything was fine... except for two days later it didnt work again!! Now I cant get my car fixed for another three weeks because they dont have space in their garage, when they should prioritized me because they were the ones who screwed me

Abra did not keep me informed on anything, I had to call them repeatedly, after I picked my vehicle up I found a trim piece just laying in the backset and had to go back to have it installed, the only thing they seemed concerned about was whos fault it was. On the plus side the actual work was pretty good, just issues on overspray

Brought my car here per a recommendation by USAA. Abra was very professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the process of getting an estimate. Ultimately my car was totaled so I cannot comment on repair quality, but Abra made the experience positive despite the loss.

My girlfriend took her vehicle here after a minor auto accident. The body shop did not fix the damage AND they scratched the hood of the vehicle. The body shop claims they didnt scratch the hood. Body shops like this give the industry a bad name. Avoid this place.

They did a lot better job than me with a can of Bondo. They will send you a message stating that your vehicle is ready. Call and check first; that is an automated message and they may be finishing up; it may be a few more hours. Keeps you from making two trips.

I took my truck here after a collision because it was recommended by the insurance company. i pick my truck up a week later and find that somebody there stole items from inside my truck. if only there were an option for zero stars.
