I recently heard their commercials on ESPN Radio and I’ve been meaning to get my Wife’s Honda Odyssey fixed up. It had some minor damage on the front bumper and some panels that needed to be repainted, but not enough to warrant an insurance claim. When I went in this weekend, the lady working was less than receptive and really made it clear my business wasn’t worth her time. Her initial quote to paint 3 panels and possibly blend a 4th was over $2,000. Then before I could even respond, she told me if it were her van she’d take it to MAACO. She said they wouldn’t warranty their work and the paint would probably fall off one day but that’s where she’d take it. After that glowing recommendation I was done. I laughed and told her that her quote was almost double the Honda dealers quote. At that point she started backpedaling asking if I’d like her to formalize a quote and I declined. You’d think an auto body company that was investing in radio marketing to grow their business would be more interested in doing repair work. I’m not sure yet where I’ll have the car fixed, but it probably won’t be Bluegrass Autobody South or MAACO.

Took my car to shop after being recommend by insurance and lexus, but should have went to Fortune collision. They took almost a month to fix my car, which it was hit pretty bad, but they didnt sit around on it for 2 weeks! Then get it and it is making noises and come to find out they put a old rubber piece that is no good, back onto my car!!! I dont care that insurance wouldnt have covered I should have been called so I can make a call to replace the part myself or to put back on the old worn out piece. So they want $150 to go back into my car to fix it after they should have called to begin with and fixed it while they had my car apart. I will be out of a car once again for however long it takes and it is costing me more money because they said it was a judgement call they made, because they dont have time to call everyone for things like that!!! thought that was your JOB!

I have to say they have taken the best care of my car. I had just purchased a new (used) car online and found a dent in the bumper with screw holes as well. Wes and Junior took my car and fixed the bumper without buying a new one. It looks brand new. They took care of a few other issues while they had the car. They are the Experts and I would not take a car anywhere else. Junior spent some extra time to explain what they did to my car. Insurance did not cover these repairs but they treated me fairly and honored their quoted price.

You do not need to go anywhere else. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. This is the second time that I have used them and the work they have done on both occasions exceeded my expectations by miles.

They did a phenomenal job on my wifes hood. Every other place said they needed a new hood for a lot more money. They fixed the dents in the hood and saved us a too. And it looks incredible!
