This body shop came recommended by Allstate insurance. Ever since they did their initial work on my car there have been nothing but problems. They tried to give me my car back with a scratched up taillight, and shaking like crazy. I had to take it back to repair both issues. Then the second time I got it back after I was told that the motor mounts were the issue causing the shaking, and that they had been repaired, their mechanic forgot to reattach my fan electrical connections. The next day my radiator hose blew, then the very next day my radiator went. ARBS paid me for my repair expenses but now in the very next week my water pump is gone and so are my valve cover gaskets, and my car is STILL SHAKING BTW. I have replaced all my tires on their advice to try and remedy the shaking, and since that wasnt the issue I got a diagnostic from PepBoys. PepBoys says the MOTOR MOUNTS are still the issue and they showed me. ARBS was supposed to have repaired the motor mounts already. And today when I picked up my car after sitting in a relatives yard for a whole week, the rear taillight that they replaced is no longer working. This is just a horrible shop. Their prices must be cheap, thats why they have the Allstate contract. I am meeting with the adjuster tomorrow at their shop to discuss my repairs. However, ARBS will not touch my car ever again! I took my car to Atlanta road body shop this past week. I have a pearl white 370z that I baby everyday. After my insurance company Allstate recommend this shop I was still not sure if they would complete the job to my satisfaction as I am not a very easy person to please. I knew how more of a challenge it is to get that color as I had visited other shops in the past. After arriving at the shop I was greeted by the owner Mr. Dempsey and he personally did a walk through and set expectations for how the process would take and then he had Scott one of his associates that has been a painter for over 15 years meet us outside. Short story, they made me feel confident and I left my car, and the fact that the owner was involved made me realize why Allstate spoke so highly of the shop. I just picked up my car few hours ago and I felt compelled to add this comment as I have never receive such amazing experience and professionalism at a shop of any kind. I strongly recommend them for any big or small work that you need the work is amazing and they go over and beyond with their customer service from start to finish. If I could I would give them 6 stars!! Thanks guys for your help you got another customer for life.

Poor communication or total brush off? You decide...Called ahead to see if the shop could help diagnose and fix a leak in my vehicle..."sure...bring it in and we will take a look"...made a bunch of arrangements to drop off the vehicle next day. Arrived at the shop only to be told "we are booked thru FEB with 60 cars ahead of you"...wonderful! That is a big change in 24-hours...at the very least this was poor communication that wasted an hour of my time and several gallons of gas...my suspicion is that they just didnt want to deal with my issue and brushed me off. I went by the positive reviews...my bad...lesson learned.This shop will NEVER get my business after the logistical debocle I witnessed today. Best of luck to those who wish to take a shot here...hopefully these guys can get their act together.

Theres a reason why I had to wait 3 weeks to drop off my car at this shop, and thats because they do excellent work. I was sideswiped by an F150 and the left front bumper of my 2016 Elantra was damaged. The price they quoted me as a walk-in was really high, but only $300 higher than what they ended up charging State Farm as the liable insurance party. So maybe they overcharge, but the results are worth it and the turnaround was only one day business later than what they quoted me. Which, now that I think about it, tacked on 2 days for the rental car, but since I wasnt paying for it, it didnt matter to me, but that may be something to consider if youre having to pay out of pocket. I would return to this shop to get additional work done, if needed.

I can’t imagine working with any other body shop! Atlanta Road Bodyshop has performed at least $4,000 worth of work on my vehicle over the last 18 months related to 3 – 4 separate comprehensive and collision claims, and I simply wouldn’t trust anyone else to perform the work. This shop is honest, hardworking, and the workmanship is of the highest quality! These guys know what they’re doing, and they know how to treat their customers. Whether you’re paying out-of-pocket for a repair or expecting the insurance company to pick up the tab, you will not go wrong by choosing this shop.

Allstate uses our facility for a drive in location. The Allstate adjuster is employed by Allstate not Atlanta Road Body Shop. We do not have any control over what Allstate or any insurance company approves or disapproves in regards to a claim. This review is unfair to Atlanta Road Body Shop as we had absolutely nothing to do with this persons insurance claim or repairs.

Do not take your car here!! The adjuster does not listen to the customer. The adjuster works with Allstate and they dont fix all the repairs! My car was vibrating after a collision with an Allstate driver and I took my car there to get an estimate. My car was in a body shop for almost 3 weeks and the adjuster denied the vibration claim stating it was wear and tear. I didnt have the vibration until my accident. What a terrible experience. These people dont listen to the needs of the customer and will leave you vulnerable!

This is hands down the best body shop in the area. I have taken my car there for years and refuse to go anywhere else, as do many others I know. Their reputation is well-known and the guys that work there do their work honestly and with pride. I have USAA insurance, and they highly recommend this shop. The government uses them for their vehicles as well - you frequently see squad cars, ambulances, etc there. That should tell you something.

This place does a very good job. My car was involved in a backing accident and had a dent in the right rear. I was assisted by Scott. Scott was a very nice guy, he was really helpful and always kept me updated on what was going on. After all the work was done, my car looked brand new. If you need body work done, I suggest you call them as soon as possible, because they do get busy, I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment.

What a wonderful body shop experience! I brought my brand new VW here after being rear ended. All of the staff was friendly, eager to answer questions, and helpful in every way possible. The work was done quickly, and it looked like it had never been in any type of an accident at all when they were done with it. If I get in another accident, I will definitely use this place again!
