The level of disrespect I received from this company was beyond unbelievable. My car was hit and I decided to not use my insurance and pay out of pocket. BIG MISTAKE!! I found this place through google and I read some of the reviews and decided this is the place I will go. I went the owner and the receptionist were extremely cool. The owner looked at my car. He said 2000.00 I told him I had 1700.00 he agreed to charge me 1900.00 for the repairs. We agreed and that was the price. He told me that it would be about a weeks worth of work and that I needed to get a rental for the time being. I went and got the rental. Upon returning I was told I needed to pay half which was 955.00 I with no hesitation paid the money received my receipt that showed my remaining balance of 955.00. This was on a Tuesday. That following Tuesday I realized that I havent gotten a phone call with an update and decided to call. I called and the owner said he will update me shortly, well I received pictures of the repairs and from the pictures it looked perfect I was excited I said thank you and when will the car be ready. Then the owner called to tell me that he purchased a used door to replace my door and due to the used door having minor damage he got a discount on the part. He then told me that if I wanted that door repaired also I would have to pay him an additional 100.00 dollars. At that point I got upset and told him I will not pay you additional money for a part YOU replaced with another damaged part. I am already paying you to repair my door why would I pay for another door to be repaired as well. At this point I was unhappy and I expressed that to the owner and explained to him that I will not pay for this other damaged door. He became extremely rude and upset. Stating that if I was the insurance company they would just give him what he asked for. I explained Im clearly not. So this day he agreed to the repairs says the car will be ready on Thursday. Went up there Thursday he said the car was not ready and will be ready on Friday. I explained to him that my rental has to go back unless I pay and at this point he has had my car over the time we agreed. In the middle of his yelling he said he would pay for the rental. I said fine I will take it out of what I owe you. At this time we agreed that he will pay for the rental. Friday came and the car was still not ready. I advised him that each day he keeps the car the rental will be taken out of what I owe. Saturday he called and said that car was ready. My husband was taking the rental back and I was waiting for the owner to wash the car. Once he was done and it was time for me to pay. He gave me a balance that was way more then what we agreed to and I refused to swipe my card. At this time the owner becomes angry and starts yelling at me telling me that he has control over his computer and what I swipe my card for is not what the actual charge will be. I explained to him I will not swipe anything without the correct amount showing. So at this time I decided to go to the ATM and withdraw the money. The ATM would only allow 600.00 and he had to swipe my card for the 320.00 again the balance on his computer showed more would be charged. We are at this point in a full argument. Where he yells at me " Just shut the f*** up b**** and swipe the card." At this point and I am in shock and explained to him that this is unacceptable 100% and I have never been treated like this in my entire life from a owner of a company. He will never get my business again. He then proceeded to call my husband before I could even walk out the door to explain himself and down play the argument. The level of disrespect from the owner was unbelievable and unreal. Never has this happened. I will never recommend him and my insurance uses his company but they will know about this for sure.

Would not reccommend! The job was not completed. Down time was 8 weeks. 5200 dol later my car will be completed by my auto mechanic due to the owner not completing the work. I have missed work and money coming here. Rather than have a customer leave happy which is the goal for most business owners you would think especially when ur almost done, he said he did not care about a review and was not finishing the job. As the review suggest on Google he is also rude to women. The shop is understaffed and the owner needs an assistant manager. Only good thing is the painter matched the paint well.

SATISFIED!!!! I was referred to this shop by a friend after receiving a quote for over 2000 dollars from the dealer I decided to give them a try not only did they complete all the work on my diagnostic for less than half of what Land Rover quoted me, but they did it in only 3 hours, when the dealer had to keep my vehicle for an entire day. I saved money and my precious time. I wont go any where else!!!

The owner Kevin is great! I brought my car in for some minor repairs after hitting a deer. They gave me a ride back to my house after dropping the car off, and had it finished by the end of the day. Great, friendly service! All of the work they did looked good, and they even buffed out a couple spots that werent related to the deer. I highly recommend!

My car was in an accident and the repair was not covered by insurance. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the service. The car was repaired and painted and looked better than before the accident. I would recommend Elite and please know I dont usually write reviews but the service and quality was that good.

Kevin and his team were great! They were very quick and their work was well done. Kevin is a master of finding hard to find parts on the secondary market, which led to significant out of pocket savings! Trustworthy shop that does good work. What more could you ask for.
